What started out as a straightforward sale, turned into an extremely challenging and complex situation that Fraser helped us navigate through. His patience and expertise were crucial in getting the sale over the line and great outcome in the end. Couldn't recommend them enough, excellent to work with and came highly recommended from a friend and colleague.

I used Rigby and Marchant to sell my two bed flat in Queen’s Park. They were exceptional from beginning to end. Fraser gives open honest realistic advice and guides you through the whole process.

We worked with Fraser Clark on letting our property. Fraser and the team have been amazing, going above and beyond and have found us a tenant very quickly, and at the price we were wanting. They know the market really well, and have been a pleasure to work with (not something we've found with estate agents in the past). We will 100% use them again on any future lets or sales as they not only know their stuff, but made the process seamless from start to finish.

They are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I had great difficulty in selling my flat and went through a few years of going through the big estate agents with no luck. I was going to give up and then I was contacted by Keith Rigby, I hadn't heard of them but by that point I thought why not, no one else has had any luck. Within an incredibly short amount of time they had an offer on my property, Keith went above and beyond to make sure it was smooth sailing throughout the process for both myself and the buyer. Truly a nice guy, knows his stuff and sold the unsellable quickly and efficiently. Brilliant all round service, best property experience I have ever had, couldn't recommend more highly, truly wonderful estate agent.

This team are the complete package; they accurately assessed the market in the value placed on our house and sold for precisely what we agreed we would be happy with accepting. Their price was 10% to 15% higher than the asking price their rival agents recommended and their fee was a whole 1% cheaper so we won both ways. They are both attentive and knowledgeable, remaining calm throughout the entire process. We could not fault their service nor delivery. Appointing Rigby and Marchant was the best decision we could have made and we are delighted we did.
