Exceeded expectations
Martin was very welcoming for our first visit to Czechia. The car we rented was in pristine condition and the pickup service was hassle free, as was the drop off with Havel. Very trust worthy company and I look forward to using your services again should we return. The drop of video was also very helpful.

The car was delivered in an excellent condition without any scratch..
The agency didn't return back the hold amount on my credit card..it was around (38000) Turkish lire.

I would give no stars if I could. I rented a car through Priceline and was charged my fee though them and then was charged at Right Cars $289 plus $106.21 for tolls( exited the airport and went to the resort and then went back to airport when it was time to go) and then the $400 dollar deductible. I've never been charged tire and windshield insurance. I don't know but all experiences are not total losses some our learning experiences. I will never get a car from a company that isn't a national major company. The fees were too much for me. Also if I would've looked the company up I would've known from the reviews this company was a scam. So that's my bad its literally bad reviews everywhere if you look them up. You find maybe 1 or 2 good reviews and honestly its probably not a real review. But to any people thinking of renting from them RUN RUN RUN ... you're better off using Uber and Lyft because I promise you're probably gonna pay the same amount.
Now the CAR was not cleaned properly prior to me receiving it, the windshield wiper where the plastic gets the water off the windshield was literally hanging off, and it had over 92k miles on it! It was the worst rental experience I've ever had in my life. I've given you the information, do with it what you must but i'd walk before I rented from this company.
Stay Away
The rental was part of a travel package, but we'd have been better off at ANY other rental. The additional charges kept piling up- especially, it seemed, once they'd scanned our out of state licenses. Not only would we never use them again, we will be asking WHY Priceline or any other travel service would EVER do business with them.
BAIT AND SWITCH COMPLETE SCAM
Shadiest company I have ever dealt with, for any reason. Mandatory hidden fees. After being shuttled off-airport to a remote location after a long day of traveling, you'll be talking to someone through video chat in a kiosk and forced to buy their "extra coverage" or they won't let you leave with the car. This applies even after providing proof of insurance and a credit card to cover any deductible. They will also place a $700 deposit on your card. The vehicle was paid for in advance through Priceline. Yet hundreds of dollars more were necessary to leave with the car after being stranded in their remote location after midnight with my wife. Extra daily fees for a toll transponder. If you think you can apply common sense and get your way here regarding extra fees, think again. I spent over an hour arguing with an employee and allegedly a manager and neither of them could grasp the concept of what "extra coverage" actually means.... and when a customer doesn't want or need it. I filed a BBB complaint but it looks like I'm definitely not the first to do it. They don't respond to those because what they're doing is indefensible. They need to be shut down. Stay away!

Undeniably the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life, rude unprofessional and fraudulent. My four year-old speaks better English than they do. They wasted two hours of my time before I just canceled with them and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent, Roberto said no.
Deposit still NOT refunded after 3+ months (SCAM WARNING)
I rented a car in Antalya in November via Carjet, with the local provider Right Cars - Turkey - Antalya.
At pickup, a deposit of approximately €620 was charged. I was explicitly informed that the deposit would be refunded within 20–40 working days after the car was returned.
The car was returned on 23 November, without any damage.
As of today, I still have NOT received my deposit.
I have contacted Right Cars multiple times via WhatsApp — the only contact option provided. My messages are clearly read and then ignored. There is no reply, no explanation, and no refund.
I have also been in regular contact with Carjet since January. Despite repeated calls every two weeks, I am constantly told to “wait” and that the issue will be passed on. Nothing has happened.
After reading many similar reviews here, this no longer appears to be an isolated case but a systematic practice of withholding customer deposits.
Keeping a €620 deposit for months, ignoring customers, and providing no resolution is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I strongly warn others to avoid this company.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Right Cars Houston that I feel compelled to share.
- **Long Wait**: I arrived at the airport and waited for **three hours** for the shuttle. This alone was unacceptable, especially after a long flight.
- **Unprofessional Shuttle Service**: When the shuttle finally arrived, the driver was speeding and talking loudly on his phone. To make matters worse, he almost asked for tips, which felt inappropriate given the service I received.
- **Lack of Human Interaction**: The car rental process was impersonal—just booths with no real human connection. This made it difficult to resolve issues or get assistance when needed.
- **Confusing Policies**: The teller at the booth communicated strict rules that were never explained at the time of purchase. For instance, my husband was not allowed to pay with his Apple Card, and I was told I had to pay an extra **$14 a day** just to add myself as a driver, even though the reservation was already on my credit card.
- **Poor Customer Service**: When I attempted to discuss these issues, the representative just hung up on me. I called customer service for help, but they directed me back to the booth, where I received no resolution. In the end, they canceled my reservation.
- **Final Outcome**: After **four hours**, I found myself back at the airport without a car. I ended up making a new reservation with a different provider.
**Conclusion**: Save yourself the trouble and money. Avoid Right Cars Houston and choose one of the companies listed on the airport bus.

Tried to reserve a car through Expedia with this agency and as soon as the credit information was entered, the website said the car was no longer available. Tried with 2 other cars also listed through this agency and got the same result. Now fighting for a reimbursement from my bank. DO NOT BOOK

The price you paid online is just to get you there , to charge you more money.
Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle, took half hour to get to the building, the shuttle also does hotel drop off and pickup.
Once you get to the building, no representative is present, just screens and a virtual agent.
I was asked to scan my driver's license and then credit card for the security deposit .
Instantly $500 was charged to my card, when I questioned it, was told it was an error and it would be refunded in a few minutes.
Agent tried to be sell me a daily toll package which I declined. Then I produced my valid insurance policy and was informed because I am declining their insurance. I am required to pay $99.99 plus a $350 refundable deposit.
The initial $500 was eventually refunded later the night.
I ended up paying an extra $99.99 plus a $350 deposit on top of the rate advertised that was paid in full before on priceline.
This was not a good experience at all. And they know if you refuse to pay them the extra money they are requesting, you dont have a rental car and forced to try and get another rental, last minute
On return of the vehicle, waited over an hour for a shuttle back to the airport. Calling the customer service number several times they kept saying an eta of 3 minutes. Eventually a shuttle arrives an hour and 15 minutes later. With space for 1 passenger. Several persons were waiting at this point.
This company should be investigated by the authorities and priceline should look into this company as well .
Sorry I booked with this company.

The most outrageous place I have ever dealt with: once you get to their Orlando kiosk - the barely legal age kids reply to you as agent, English is barely understandable, they are rude and when they are starting pushing their “hidden fees” on you and you ask questions - they start interrupting you then hanging up on you! I refused to pay their fees and they were not even providing the information what that “insurance verification” fees of 70$ would be - and upon reading their agreement - it is a complete fraud! Please, rent with reputable companies and never deal with this crooks! I am shocked they are still in business and I will report them to the consumer agency for an audit and potential fines! What a joke of a place

Fraud alert. Rented a vehicle through this company. Instead of placing a refundable damage pre-authorization of $1,000, they charged my credit card outright.
Returned the vehicle as given and..they sent an email confirming the vehicle was returned with no damage. But when I requested a refund, they falsely claimed it was only a pre-authorization that is always released after seven days. I submitted clear evidence showing otherwise, including their own receipt confirming it was a charge and my credit card statement confirming the same.
After that, they stopped responding entirely.
This is deceptive behavior. Avoid this company at all costs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company charged us for our deposit and when we returned the car without issue ,which they confirmed, they did not refund our deposit which actually ended up being a fraudulent charge of over 1000 USD to our credit card that was supposed to be a pre-authorization. After multiple attempts to contact the company for our refund they stopped engaging and we are now dealing with the fraud department with our bank. This company should not be trusted and it's clear has committed fraud in our specific situation and likely many others.
Avoid thier Antalya branch they are scammers

Broker also couldnt get in touch with them, tried twice.
Physical mail to turkish consumers rights with full set of documents returned zero result (silence).
What really helped was initiating credit card transaction chargback. Today, after 5 months of fight i recieved my deposit back.

Fraud
I rented a car through this group in Antalya from November 25, 2025, to November 30, 2026, and paid a €1750 deposit. I later received confirmation that the car had been returned in the same condition as I received it and that my deposit would be refunded within five weeks. It's now January 20, 2026, and I still haven't received my deposit back. I'm now forced to file a theft complaint in Turkey to resolve the matter because I'm no longer receiving any response from the company. I believe this is fraud.
