Philippa at Right Charge was very professional and knowledgeable. She listened to my needs and showed patience, kindness and support at all times, no matter how many questions I asked. Jordan who fitted the charger did a fabulous job. Right Charge were great from beginning to end. Would definitely recommend them.

Sam the electrician arrived when his office said he would and did a great job. There were a few IT problems but the chargepoint is working fine. Very happy at length of time installation took and electricity was only off for fifteen minutes.

Rightcharge talked me through the procedure, gave me the information I needed to have my energy provider do the pre-work required. They then turned up whilst I was on holiday and talked my son through the set up and activation. On time, tidy work, great service (thanks)

I’m updating my review as Rightcharge has very promptly addressed the small issue I had. My installer was very polite and the installation was neat and tidy. Very happy with the installation itself. My only issue was the fact that the installer didn’t send me the installation certificate and didn’t reply to my emails when I chased it. I contacted Rightcharge customer support and they sorted this for me within a few hours. They called me to tell me what they were doing and then followed up to check I was happy.

Initial review:
Poor communication mostly from the installer.
- They changed my installation date and didn't even bother informing me until I called up to ask for the details.
- I have been asking them for a VAT invoice which they promised to send as soon as the charger was installed. It's been almost a month and I am yet to receive it despite several reminders to both the installer and rightcharge.
Update:
Both Rightcharge and the installer have been in touch following the review, sent me the invoice and have promised to make the necessary amends with their communication going forward.

Rightcharge was the best price I could find for the 7kw charger I wanted saving me several £100. It was installed on time and in around an hour. All connected and and clear before the installer left. Works like a treat and the box I chose is nice and sleek. Can't fault it.

Great communication and good installation in a timely manner

The product and fitting service provided by the company have been excellent. We had a couple of issues which the company sorted out but took some chasing (one was an extra clamp was ordered and it took a while to get the refund, the other was that the company needed me to provide a record that I had paid as they thought I hadn't. This was worrying briefly but was quickly sorted out). I would still definitely use the company again
