The charger was installed quickly, with no mess.
Once we uploaded all necessary documents for the initial assessment, everything went very smoothly. The engineer was very proactive and helpful. We had good communication throughout. The charger was installed very quickly, with no mess.

Very smooth and professional service
Rightcharge were very helpful in enabling me to find the right charger for my EV. Some require a good mobile signal, which we don’t have, so I went for one that uses Wi-fi and Bluetooth to connect. The whole process was smooth and easy, with very clear and helpful guides to provide the installer with the information they need to quote, and the installation was quick and professional.

Very clear Website, easy to fill in quote details, and was contacted within days by a number of companies. Ended up going with one in particular who listened to what I wanted - down to the letter. Very easy install and the installing company did a fantastic job.
Everything was explained - including extra costs associated with a new RCD.
Very happy customer.

EV Charging Point Install
We had a new Easee charging point installed through Rightcharge in May 2022. They were very easy to deal with and conducted a walk through video survey of the house and electrical before a vey helpful engineer came to do the installation. On arrival the engineer identified that some cabling was not able to support the charger and installed some new cable at no extra charge. The installation was completed in around 2 hours, and the engineer left a clean environment and a working charger. Good job all round.

Bought second hand car
Bought second hand car, so felt like I was my own when choosing a charger. Didn't want one that was physically larger than it needs be. The Pulsar Max fits the bill. The App works well, can't fault it.

Super efficient service
I really didn't know what I needed as this was for a second hand car so you don't get the same kind of support as you do when buying a new car from a dealership. The questionnaire helped me select the right type of charge point (one that would work with my solar panels). Communications and follow up around installation were excellent and I felt supported throughout the experience. Would definitely recommend.
