Outstanding customer service

My boiler is located in a tiny cupboard on the third floor and needed replacing quickly, as we have a newborn baby and the weather was turning. I had the absolute fear of whinging plumbers and roofers and massive costs. How wrong was I? From Emma answering a question on WhatsApp within 30seconds to Chris and his team coming and getting it sorted in 5 hours. The whole experience was a pleasure. Other quotes were more complex and required more effort and grimacing. So I cannot recommend these guys enough. I'm a real person and feel free to drop me a line if you think I'm a bot.

Excellent service

I’ve recently had a boiler installed by Rightgas, the whole experience has been marvellous. Emma in the office and Chris the fitter did a great job in guiding me through the whole procedure. They were terrific and made the whole operation stress free.

Chris the engineer

I had my boiler replaced by Chris from Rightgas. He was punctual, hard working, considerate and a genuinely pleasant person to have in my home. He left everything clean and tidy when he finished the installation, and explained how to use the new boiler and controls thoroughly.
In fact, everyone I have had contact with at Rightgas was friendly and helpful. It’s so lovely to deal with a company with such great members on their team.
I highly recommend them.

Boiler installation

Chris, the installer, was very pleasant and worked very hard whilst doing the installation. He is a neat and tidy worker. He is a good communicator and explained the functions of the new boiler well.
The office staff at RightGas were all very helpful in organising the installation of the new boiler.

Rightgas servicing/repairing our boiler…

Rightgas have servicing/repairing our boiler via our domestic and general policy for a few years now. Unfortunately when the 18 year old boiler stopped working recently the rightgas engineer could not repair it as it needed parts that were no longer available. Rightgas provided a competitive quote for a replacement in good time. We decided to use Rightgas for the replacement because of this and once accepting the quote a date was given for the install for the a few days later.
When Chris the fitter arrived after a long journey for him and he had been shown where everything was he quickly and efficiently started all the work. Any questions were answered and he gave options for some of the work that needed to be carried out.
Job was completed within 6 hours and heating system and new boiler are all working exactly as they should be. All in all a good experience and thanks to Chris for the good work 👏

Rightgas exceptional plumbers

We had Chris from Rightgas attend to our central heating system, and the whole experience was brilliant.
Very knowledgeable and got the job done and dusted!
Shout out to Emma too, for her advice and fitting us in.
Will definitely use Rightgas again.

Kris the magician!

Kris came out first round and identified and an issue with the boiler and changed a part.

However for some reason it still leaked and he identified it was the heat exchanger.

He came back out and put in a new heat exchanger which look a lot of effort.

In result the issue was resolved.

The guy is a genius!

My two main contacts with Rightgas were Emma Hale, who made all the arrangements for my Combi-Boiler Replacement, and Chris Goddard, who came today and fitted my new boiler.
They could not have been more helpful.

RightGas Engineer saves the day

A RightGas engineer visited my flat today, Sunday 30 March, to repair a combo-boiler that was continually losing pressure. He was absolutely brilliant in quickly assessing the problem and running the necessary diagnostics to fix it. I cannot thank him enough for coming out on a Sunday from the other side of London to attend to this job. Also, the last couple of times I've used RightGas it was able to provide a next day appointment. The service has been excellent and I am so happy D&G is affiliated with RightGas for combi-boiler repairs.

Boiler Replacement

Our boiler went out of service on Monday and we had a new boiler fitted by Thursday. Emma was on the case straight away and couldn’t have been more helpful. Chris worked hard all day on what was a difficult installation.
Very pleased with the new boiler.
Would recommend Rightgas without reservation.
