Friendly staff and good product

Bought both wall and floor tiles from the Kylemore road shop in Dublin.
Returned the floor tiles back 1 week later as builder advised my floor wasn't suitable for tiling.
The guy there said my order was subject to a 20% reduction for a restocking fee. Their terms and conditions state that this charge may apply for an excessive return.
I had bought 6 boxes. I enquired what makes 6 boxes excessive. They said because it was the full order I was returning that the 20% charge would apply and I should have clarified when purchasing the tiles. Initially they told me I could return purchse within one month. They are now telling me that I should have clarified what the "excessive" amount meant. This is just a scam and a money grabbing exercise. Purposely vauge terms and conditions designed to rip off anyone returning their purchase. Avoid shopping here at all costs

Everything arrived on time, nothing was missing or broken, and everything arrived was as expected. The prices were affordable and the items were of good quality.

I do wish the website was easier to use the filter and search on mobile, but it was otherwise perfectly adequate.

If I could give more than 5* I would, Kieran in the Carlow shop was so friendly, polite and helped so much. It was my first time buting all the floors for the house and I felt so out of place but Kieran helped so much and nothing was a problem. He was kind and honest and really made me feel at ease. He is an assett to the company

I needed to replace a pumped Triton shower - saw that they were stocked by Right Price Tiles for click and collect at a good price - turns out that the stock is located in Cork and it would be 8 days before being available in my local store. In fairness the local store (Naas) were unbelievably helpful in bringing this to my attention and when I told them I absolutely had to replace the shower immediately the manager arranged for a refund which came through the following week. Kudos to the local branch - Zero points to the website design for not making it clear that the unit was not available locally for immediate collection.

Price, quality and great service at Fonthill. Lenny took flooring measurements, did the sizing up, pointed out some great tiles, as well as the lovely grey wood effect laminate ... and when all was done and looking great we were able to return the extras with no quibble. Thanks Lenny and Right Price Fonthill, will definitely be back and would highly recommend 👌 👍 😀

If there was zero stars I’d give it, avoid at all costs. bought tiles for our home in the letterkenny store on the Sunday and on Thursday went in to purchase another 2 boxes to be told they are out of stock and they were end of line stock which we were not informed about at purchase ? If we had known we would have went with different tiles. they said they would ring their other stores and try and get some but was told they were waiting to hear back from the store, very u helpful staff - we ended up ringing ourselves and ordered 2 more boxes from the Sligo store that we are still waiting on after paying 70€ delivery fee!!! Rang today and was told they would be delivered today, still not here!!! Absolutely shocking customer service.

I found Paul (Store Manager, Bray) extremely helpful. I got a great sales reduction and he was able to advise me on all the items I needed to complete my bathroom refurbishment. I would recommend this highly professional service to anyone who needs to upgrade their home.

Bought a mixer tap in Nov’23 for a bathroom sink. Didn’t have it installed in my home until July’24. By Nov’24 it started to tarnish and when I contacted Right Price Tiles by email in Jan’25 because nothing I did seemed to fix it I was told there was nothing they could do it was purchased over a year ago! I got back to them explaining the timeline above and they didn’t reply to my email. Very poor quality tap and extremely poor customer service!

Delivery should be free for the amount of money i have spent

Collected large tiles from the store. Had to do three trips. Each time the three guys Luke, Derek and Dylan were there at hand to help loas the tiles into the car. Special mention to Luke who has been there numerous times I have been in store and has always been friendly and helpful.
