I went to the branch on the Lower Road in Cork. Leon was outstanding! I was about to be royally ripped off by a labourer but he recommended a trusted contractor for the job. He was just so warm, reassuring and understanding and went through everything in a clear and concise way.

I was most impressed by the service in Bray - Boghall Road. The courtesy - advice and helpfulness of the staff - in particular the manager demonstrated high standards in customer service. My order was relatively small but given the attention of a larger order. I also noticed while I was there the help given to a customer with a challenging speech impairment - great patience and understanding shown. Well done

Fast, efficient & great value

Great Customer Service from Michael in Right Price Tiles in Castlebar and all the staff in Right Price Tiles in Portlaoise in making sure that I received tiles to complete my half finished tiling project. They were end of line tiles so I was delighted to receive them. The staff ensured I knew when they arrived in the Portlaoise shop and arranged a Sunday pick up to suit. Thank you all :-).

Be careful what you buy. I bought grout in Oranmore Store that was supposed to be black. After it dried, it turned out that the color did not match the description at all. It came out silver gray. After the complaint, the case was forwarded to the manufacturer. BOSTIK was supposed to contact me to find a solution. That was 4 weeks ago. Since then I have been waiting for contact to finally finish the bathroom. This is not a comment about the store, the employees did everything they could to resolve my complaint and were very helpful, but be careful what you buy so that you are not disappointed later.

Diligent staff at Navan store; Remembered me from previous visit and got my purchase ready for collection without delay. Product appeared to be good value, so ended up purchasing more of it.
