Damaged car
Waited so long that I ended up leaving the key on the wheel for them to collect. Although I gave plenty of notice.
Someone gave a review (probably a fake review) that they cleaned the cars. Mine was absolutely filthy when I got it back.
When I got the car back they had messed up my seat belt holder. 0 respect for someone elses property. The main issue was the rear camera got damaged while in their custody. When I brought this to their attention this was the reply from Jonathan:
"We are sorry to hear about the concern you have raised regarding your vehicle and understand how frustrating this situation must be.
We would like to respectfully inform you that, as outlined in our terms and conditions, we do not accept liability for mechanical or electrical components of the vehicle, which includes items such as reversing cameras.
Thank you for your understanding. Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
Absolute scumbags. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!
