My experience was great until I came…
My experience was great until I came back. I had to go on emergency leave with my family and as we got a flight back around 2230, I called with bags on hand and at the designated area. Whoever picked up on the line provided through the email procedures was rude as she just hung up and said just to wait at the area as the shuttle should be on its way. I had 3 kids, youngest being a year old. Mind you we have traveled from overseas for over 14 hrs back and only to be waiting for over an hour with no shuttle in sight back to the designated hotel. I made the decision to just take an uber while my family waited back at the airport since we still had a 2 hr drive back to SD. Overall- i would not recommend this service especially with kids.
