Buyer be careful
I have worked with Riihos for the past 6 months. They got in touch with us, offering decently priced services. As a younger company it was just what we needed!
The first things on our agenda were our annual reports - we agreed on a price and then things got quiet - 4 weeks later we got an invoice for 4x the agreed upon amount. This wasn't an isolated case, as we continued to work together, we recieved huge invoices for basic bookkeeping, despite several phone calls about said issues.
I understand, that not all customers are the same and some may require more manual work than others, but this is where the real issue with Riihos comes into play: communication, or rather, lack there of. Not once, did we get a phone call, either asking for permission to do things or asking us questions in order to avoid aforementioned big invoices.
We had to call them each month, asking why they added surchage x and surcharge y to our invoices.
The quality of work, in terms of bookkeeping is questionable and the managers refuse to take phone calls, delegating these tasks to receptionists, who of course, do not about our situation. "We will discuss this with our team and call you back" was the answer we got 90% of the time.
If you are looking to spend 300-500 euros a month and recieve dismal customer service with lack of communcation, you have come to the right place. Otherwise, I would highly recommend to look elsewhere.
However, I will leave this with a positive note, they have excellent salespeople, now they just need the staff and skill to back the sales funnel, hence the donation of my 1 star.
I hate to leave negative comments/energy but this time I have to warn other entrepreuneurs.
UPDATE: This company has obviously not changed its ways almost a year later when I look at the newer reviews. What a shame, I wouldn't touch this dumpster fire of a company with a barge pole. Warning to all potential customers.
