Great watch, my wife loved it for Christmas! Shipping to the US took a little bit of time, but that was mainly from it sitting in customs on the US side, so just be aware if you’re looking to receive in the US. It arrived just in time and looks and works great :)

I ordered two watches in early December after catching a sale - knowing that this is a small brand and that importing to the US is always a gamble (even though Riley Watch Co take on the unfair tariff charges).

They both arrived ahead of when I expected and are stunning in person - I could not recommend these enough to anyone from casual to serious watch collector. I will be keeping a keen eye on future releases.

if you are US based and unfamiliar with importing from another country, take 10 min to google the de minimus exemption going away in current administration. Right, wrong, or indifferent - this going away can lead to confusion and missed expectations on the consumer side and are more the adequately addressed by Riley Watch Co on both tarriff and shipping times.

My order cannot be delivered as unable to identify my delivery address so now I have no idea when or if I will get my watch as it was a Christmas gift.

Not only are these watches absolutely stunning, but the Riley Watch Co customer support team is unmatched. I have personally contacted the customer support email address with questions and concerns. Each time I received personal and helpful responses. I will never turn to another company. Shipping to the US from London may take a while, watches can’t cross an ocean on their own, but it is so worth the wait. I am complimented on both my Riley watches every day (not an exaggeration; even strangers notice). I am so thankful I clicked on this particular Facebook ad!

Quick turnaround time on shipping the watch. It arrived in the US quickly and well-packaged. I was blown away by the watch. The finishing and details are much higher than the price, and it’s one of my most complimented watches (I have over 100). It seems like it it is a small business, and all my interruptions with the team have been met with a warm personal touch.

Delivery was on time and the watch was exactly as pictured. Movements and quality are excellent.

I purchased the HOWARD HUGHES CHRONOGRAPH for my husband as a birthday gift, and he LOVES it! He had a few questions after he received it, and the company was very quick to reply and super helpful. It's a wonderful addition to his watch collection, and I know he has his eyes on another one!

I now own four Riley watches, they are great value for money and the customer service is talking directly to the watch creator and builder. If you are reading these reviews just buy a watch you will be pleased everytime you look at your wrist.

Beautiful hand made and distinctive watches. Craftsmanship takes time but it's worth waiting for. I have two Riley's now and would definitely buy again.

Many watches look great on line and only so-so when you get them. Got my Almond Rifleman Field on time and it looks fabulous. I seem to be wearing it fairly regularly.

I absolutely love my watch. First of all, it is gorgeous and meticulously made. Second, it’s nice to know that unlike so many other watch companies nowadays these watches are being made in London by a small business that is clearly centered around quality. I highly recommend shopping and purchasing a watch from Riley.

P.S. I just bought by second Riley Watch inside a month so you can certainly trust this brand!
