I bought a Reilly Watch Co chronograph and it has genuinely impressed me. The design is distinctive without being flashy and it feels solid and well finished for the price. It sits comfortably on the wrist and gets noticed for the right reasons. It is not pretending to be luxury but it delivers good quality and value and I am happy with it.

Excellent communication when I reached out to Riley concerning a shipping issue. I also love my new watch… excellent quality for the price.

Ordered one of these watches as I saw what appeared to be an unfair (bad) review, and thought I'd see for myself while supporting a micro brand. Upon receipt, not only was the date not centered in the window, but the day (at the 9 o'clock position) doesn't line up correctly. My wife contacted the company (as the watch was bought for her) and the response was "The reason for this is just the way the movement is made so there isn’t anything wrong with the watch" and advised to return it if she didn't like it (she asked for a return shipping label, but received no reply) I even showed the watch on Reddit to a micro brand collectors thread, and everyone agreed that, at the price point, the quality control should be better, and while the misalignment might be acceptable on a $20-$50 Walmart watch, it isn't for a $200 watch.

UPDATE: After some 47,000 views and 60+ comments concerning this issue on Reddit, today we were told another would be sent, and to keep the one we have. The power of social media.

Good watch with my HH01. Shipping took an extremely long time, but just writing this to warn USA customs that our customs may slow the shipment of this watch significantly. I ordered mine beginning of December and it arrived early January. I know this is a busy shipping time, but our customs changes lately seems to have slowed it alot. So just note it may say fast shipping, and they do ship fast, as my order was out in 36 hours from placing. But international shipping is slow. Its a fantastic watch with great heritage looks. Build quality feels extremely good and i love the engraving on the back. Racing green is a great colorway too.

I've not received the watch yet, still in Customs, but the ordering process was very easy. I also reached out to the company to ask if they'd be releasing more colorways of certain watches, and I got a reply directly from the owner. I have a lot of respect for companies where the founder/owner is involved in every aspect of the business.

I emailed customer service shortly before Christmas about a watch being restocked. They emailed within an hour to tell me the watch was already back in stock. The watch arrived quickly and it was just as advertised. Beautiful watch and a great gift for my grown son.

I bought myself and my wife a watch (Howard Hughes for me and Betsie for my wife) we both love how well made and stylish they are. Would definitely recommend them.

This is my third Riley watch, 2 automatics and now a quartz. They are all great quality, and interesting and attractive designs. Service has always been brilliant with very quick delivery and no problems at all. Would thoroughly recommend.

Top notch service, a beautiful product (Amelia Earhart-classic cream) very fast shipping. Will be putting in another order soon.

So happy I went with the Earhart automatic. The yellow face is both low-key and eye-catching, I've received many compliments on it since I started wearing it for daily use. Was a little worried about the metal band at first but got the hang of it and works perfectly. Also terrific customer service and quick shipping. Will definitely keep an eye out for future automatic models from Riley.

It’s a beautiful watch. I have been wearing her nonstop. Hopefully it doesn’t get scratched for a while (because of where I work). Love it. Will buy in the future. Quality item ❤️

My Riley moon deco arrived and it’s beautiful. It has a proper moon complication and is amazing value for money.

The watch is beautiful and very good value but there were no instructions as to how to set the date, the day or the time in 24 hr dial. Just include instructions please !

I have a rather large collection of nice watches. From Cartier, Rado Hamilton a few others.Most are towards the dress side. The Howard Hughes Chrono. With blue and white with Orange indexes looks fantastic. I ordered 3 straps for it. The sky blue and orange sailcloth bands and a stainless mesh bracelet. It really pops with color. I like the Retro look.

I forgot to add the discount but after a couple calls Samuel made sure it was taken care of. For being a Micro brand, I know that he has to be working his butt off. Remember, he has people all over the world wanting it yesterday. I will definitely be back to buy a few more. Living in Florida I get to be creative on the colors of my watches to match the Hawaiian shirts I have.
