Paid for a service I NEVER had
Opened an account with them, paid the fee and they couldn’t activate my phone number. I talked to an agent which was very slow to reply, and he replied with generic messages.
1 week later I asked for a refund as they are not able to fix my number activation problem.
Two weeks later, they replied me to cancel my account as I cannot use a number with them… HAVING PAID FOR THE FIRST MONTH !! Totally disgraceful.
Very bad experience, result : they have my money, and I can’t use their service.
In my country, that is called stealing.
Extremely disappointed
By the way for the RingOver team : my company is Hermes Capital and you talk with Mrs Falco, so you can find us in the database.

Very happy with Ringover so far. Onboarding was simple, support is friendly, and it connects easily with our CRM. Strong call quality and we’re likely to upgrade to Empower soon.

Transferred my VOIP service from Vonage to Ringover as Ringover integrates with my new CRM.
Porting of my old number was quick and seamless and Ringover customer support were prompt and extremely helpful in setting up my desk SIP phone also.
In addition, the Ringover App is super simple to use on my Samsung phone and I was up and running immediately.
Highly recommended.

Zero noise cancelling - Great Support
The product has numerous great features, but it's complex, so you'll need training. Working with Italo and Maryel made it a lot easier to use the product. The issue is that they don't have ANY noise cancellation, so we are at a loss with the product, trying to buy silent keys for the whole team and will switch next year. Too bad they don't get noise cancelling!

Stay clear
Had a account with this company. Had issues with contact numbers which customer service was not helpful at all. Tried to close the account as liquidated my company. They said it is still on going until September 2025 although business is closed. Account opened in 2023 said has 12 months which has well expired but still says until 2025? Customer service agents are rude and want to prove a point rather than listen to you complaint or help! Stay clear of this company money grabbing tricksters!

Honestly, is the best phone app can be found. With a fast and reliable customer service, a wonderful call log with AI integrated, you don't have to remember what your business call was about... is all recorded in audio and text format for every call! Definitely recommended!

Contracted for 10 Licenses Monthly
Contracted for 10 Licenses Monthly, Added 7 from Portal assuming i could downgrade them again when i needed, got stuck with them for 7 monthes unused and when i asked to cancel them i was requested to pay termination fee of $2100 and to cancel my whole account i was requested to pay $7500 termination fee although that was after the first year contract and there was only 5-6 month left for my second contract to end!!
Complete RIP OFF, Never Recommending it

After having been quoted a monthly price and wasting a week on integrations, when we wanted to go live we were suddenly told that we would have to pay a year in advance.

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful - avoid at ALL costs! Our service does not work, and their customer service is shocking. There are constant glitches with the platform and when you ask they just say they will report to the 'technical team' but you will never hear anything.
