Great jeans very comfortable.

Got my jeans before Xmas and with weather we had never had a chance to try them on until last week. It was quite cold and wearing these jeans I was nice and warm and they were so comfortable whilst I done a 60miles ride. Definitely good value for money. Highly recommend these jeans.

What a great experience

What a great experience. Great feeling product, but I ordered a size too big. I thought it would fit me, but because of how stretchy the material is, it seems as though I can size down and it will fit better. Customer Service was AMAZING.... and Harry helped me through the process. They even shipped out the new size through the return process before I shipped back my initial pair of shorts. Thank you so much!!!!!

order these shorts and you'll be rocking again!

After a hard fall on my butt on a box, I finally ordered some. I fell a few times on purpose today, and they really work well! I ordered two because I wasn't sure if the size would be right, but they run quite large! I'd say if you're a bit nervous because you've fallen on your tailbone, order these shorts and you'll be rocking again!

Overall a satisfactory experience but beware on your purchases

Overall a satisfactory experience buying from this company. Wouldn't recommend it, and probably not going to buy again based on the experience so far.

Pros
- They did resolve a sizing issue with the trousers and did issue them out to be rather quickly once they responded to my emails.
- Seems like a decent quality in their products (bag and trousers were purchased).
- When in touch with Harry (customer service), he was quick enough to get things moving and took ownership of the delayed responses.

Cons
- Sizing concerns mentioned in the reviews and from my own experience are very accurate.
- Took over two weeks before anyone from customer services responded to me after multiple emails and 'contact me' notifications (did cause me a lot of concern of which I did think about contacting the bank).
- Packaging is really poor, just bundled into a bag with no further marketing of their material just wasn't a nice fit to round things off. Felt that more care would be given from a Vinted purchase from a randomer.
- Didn't acknowledge or answer my questions in tandem with my initial query about any longer sizing in their Jeans.
- Issued me a sizeable discount as soon as the purchase was made, which I found to be like sticking salt in the wound.
- Although my order had multiple purchases, it was all split, of which I found rather odd with no explanation. If it's a warehouse or stock issue, I would understand but on the website it purposely won't let you buy products out of stock... so.. unsure on that issue.

That said, waiting over two weeks for a response is not acceptable, and we completely understand why that caused concern. No customer should feel like they need to consider contacting their bank just to get a reply. We are sorry for that experience.

Your points about sizing consistency, packaging presentation, unanswered questions about longer jean lengths, and split shipments are all noted. None of those should feel confusing or careless. We have shared your feedback directly with our customer service, operations, and product teams so it can be reviewed properly. Clearer communication around stock, shipping splits, and sizing guidance is something we need to improve.

The post-purchase discount frustration is also understood. That was not intended to feel dismissive or insensitive, and we can see how it came across that way.

Incredible Customer service

Initially bought a large which was far too big for me. Which i was gutted about as the shorts themselves look epic and way much lighter and more comfortable than my previous impact shorts. And as usual i couldnt be bothered to go through the returns process. But Rippl reached out to me and sent me the correct size free of charge. The customer service has been incredible and they have completely made sure i have the right size and am completely happy.
Buying anything off facebook adverts is always a gamble but these guys have smashed it out of the park with how they have made my customer experience perfect.
Thanks Rippl. Pretty sure im going to be repping my impact shorts for years to come and saving my ass on the mountain. Many many thanks

What wonderful customer service! I ordered the large size impact shorts and found them to be a bit loose. Emailed customer service and their response time was incredible! I've been chatting with Brian and he has made the return process so easy and my medium size impact shorts are already shipped! 10 out of 10! 🤘

Excellent Service, Quick Response and Easy Exchange

Before placing my order, I contacted Rippl to make sure I selected the correct size. They responded promptly with a size chart and a recommendation based on my measurements.
After ordering, I later learned that their size chart had been updated, which unfortunately resulted in me receiving the wrong size.
That said, everything else was excellent. The tracking and shipment updates were clear and consistent, and the delivery was fast.
When I reached out about the sizing issue, Brian responded immediately. He explained the updated size chart and made the exchange process incredibly easy through their website, at no additional cost.
Brian was professional, efficient, and on top of everything. The communication was smooth from start to finish.
Despite the sizing mix-up, the overall service was outstanding. I plan to order again and can’t wait to try them out, especially since my body could definitely use it after a few snowboarding sessions.

"Bought my grandson some for skiing. He's just come back from a weeks skiing in France and says the shorts were very comfortable and so was the knee protection, elbow protection and spine protection. Very satisfied

I ordered snowboard protection from the website — protective shorts and knee pads. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, the sizes were too large. I contacted the company to request a return and exchange, providing my exact body measurements.

Harry responded very quickly. He carefully reviewed my situation, helped me choose the correct size based on my measurements, and promptly arranged the shipment of a new set.

The replacement order arrived quickly without any delays. The quality of the products is incredible — the materials are durable and reliable, yet the protection is very comfortable to wear. While snowboarding, you can truly feel the impact protection during falls.

My husband also tried the product and was very satisfied.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team, and especially to Harry, for the professional support, assistance with sizing, and the smooth handling of the return and exchange. It is truly a pleasure to deal with such excellent customer service!

Buttsaver!

I bought the knee pads and butt pad. I initially selected the wrong size and I was 2 weeks away from my snowboard holiday when it arrived. I wrote to the Rippl team and they were extremely responsive. I got my Rippl gear in time for my trip. On the slopes the gear was fantastic. I did not even realise I was wearing it until I fell and didn’t even feel that. Lifesaver! Or I should say Buttsaver! Thank you Rippl!

Snowboard armor and customer service

All the snowboard armor pieces are fantastic. When I rode without them, everything hurt for 2 months. With the armor pieces, everything was fine seconds after each fall.
The customer service is helpful and responsive. Harry and the rest of the team work fast and efficiently.

Puregritt m/c jeans

Recently puchaced two pairs of rippl pure gritt motorcycle jeans they are fantastic really comfortable and excellent armour. Kevlar/aramid lined from top to bottom, very impressed. Had to return a pair because I ordered a size to big. Harry the staff member who dealt with me went above and beyond to rectify the matter as quickly as possible. He got it all sorted returns Done and new jeans out and delivered to me. Within a week of my first order being delivered, I had my new jeans. Harry gets a 5☆rating as do the jeans,thank you.I have also puchaced 2 pairs of the riding pants before and they also get a excellent. WELL DONE RIPPL.

Honest review: So I have been a Rippl fan since I bought my first pair of Pure Grit™ Riding Jeans 2.0. They are so good I bought a second pair. They fit perfectly, the amour is in the right places, the size options are tailored to all shapes and sizes. So I bought a second pair. At the same time I bought some other bike accessories from the website, a lock, a backpack and some ear buds. In my opinion they were not the same level of quality as the jeans. I made a comment on FB. Rippl reached out and made it right withing 24 hours. I did not ask for a refund, they offered one. We worked out a trade and they let me keep the products I was not happy with. Very few companies have this level of customer service. Well done Rippl
