So impressed by the bedding set that I’ve just received, the quality and finishing details are excellent, feels luxurious. I took advantage of the promotion they were offering on bed linen which made it great value. Previous items that I’ve ordered have washed and worn so well that I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Rise & Fall. Just before Christmas I accidentally placed two identical orders (too keen and submitted two payments which was entirely my mistake). The customer service team were so quick to correct it and refunded me for the duplicate order immediately.

The deep fitted sheets are brilliant. They do exactly what they say on the tin and stay in place perfectly. May be a little tough to get on but that all works in your favour. The top sheet (double) is very long so loads to tuck in at the bottom. But the best bit is these sheets are so silky. I’ve had cotton sheets and bamboo sheets, but nothing compares with these. Initially, I was sceptical because they are more expensive, but I’ve now bought my second set of each.

I have just received my second women’s cashmere merino v neck jumper, this time in buttermilk. It is stunning, the quality and softness of the jumper is amazing. Fast delivery too. Don’t hesitate if you are thinking of buying one, worth every penny.

Rise & Fall products are consistently high quality across the bedding & clothing. In particular the fitted sheets are by far the best I’ve found

High quality, beautiful knits and t-shirts. Really competative pricing. I love the sensible, minimal packing that is easy to recycle without loads of plastic. Returns are easy too.

Excellent customer service. The products are usually very good quality. I had an issue with stitching on a bed sheet and they addressed it promptly and with minimum hassle for me. Highly recommended for their customer-focus approach, and so much better to support a company like this than the mega-retailers, in my opinion.

I ordered the Soft and Smooth double fitted sheet, and it's absolutely everything it was advertised to be. It feels luxurious and it's fantastic quality. Best of all it DOES stay on the bed!! I'll be ordering again.

This is a fantastic company and our go to place for all bed linen. The quality of the products is first class and the price fantastic. The service delivery is very prompt and I highly recommend it without hesitation.

The clothes are beautiful but unfortunately the ones I bought did not fit me so I had to return them. The return was easy and I thought everything was fine. I then got an email telling me that they had refunded part of the order but the second part was flagged by the warehouse team that it did not meet the returns policy and there would be no refund. I was appalled and very worried. It was very expensive! I immediately emailed back and I am delighted to say that from that point on I got a speedy, apologetic and satisfactory response-and the item was refunded! I would highly recommend R&F in spite of the glitch. Their clothes are just beautiful!

I’ve bought clothing and bed linen so far and everything is great quality and fit. And I’ve had positive and prompt service through customer service - so all good!

I have purchased a few items from Rise & Fall . Cashmere is really lovely and very good quality.i have recently bought quite a lot of bedding it is beautiful cotton and very chic. Would highly recommend this brand.
