well the two wiz bangs you sent to install showed up at 10 am and were here till 3 pm.! cost me an entire days wages not to mention the time its going to take me to put the mulch back in place around the foundation, to re bury the satellite dish cable they pulled up and out of the rocks it was buried in then they took a 5 gallon bucket of paint out of my basement and just left it there outside so it froze and is probably no good anymore! not to mention the router they left installed in mgy house looks like it was rolling around the floorboard of their truck for a week or too, i mean it’s covered in dirt& then theres the cable end thats not even inside the plastic clip all the way, its got exposed wires. so if it were an option id be leaving -stars as to they’re bang up job that took 5 hours to half ass and make more work for me. i’ve just got a 2 story old farm house with an unfinished basement so i really don’t understand how it took so long especially after i’ve already had service with you guys before. so unimpressed and frankly upset

I live in Hillsboro tx and my mothers lives in same house I was working when the techs showed up to up grade system When I got home my mother said that she heard a loud noise when they was here now we live in a two story house with an antenna pole about 35 40 that’s where they put satellite and did work Now under That is are 2400btu gree mini spilt So I go look and the top of it is caved in and makeing a lot of noise I have cameras in yard none facing pole or mini spilt but they can hear What techs doing and saying Well one tech (on ground) says ok I’m out the way then u hear a loud metal on metal noise Then hear tech on pole say sh** ,,fu** They never said anything to my mom just left like nothing happened tech 1532

Dan is always very helpful, making sure we get the best service. He even takes time to give special attention to our dogs that are very curious about what he’s doing. After the technician left, Dee with the customer service team walked me step by step through the remainder of the process and got me in contact with customer retention to get the billing situated.

The technician went over and beyond to get my problems corrected. Your office girls were terrible. They put my names on someone else’s account so I was unable to get passed your phone system. Could not match my phone number to the zip code. A mess

First the install was crappy on roof and had cords ran across it and did not explain his plan and location before drilling in my roof. He left coaxial cable draped low and right above ground exposed and hooked to my mesh on fence to hold coaxial he installed. Tapped in to my prewired accesses for future camera system and future outdoor tv connections. Looked like a 5th grader came up with the plan. The location of modem in my basement was horrible also he grabbed our extension cords and connected them for part of his install. So I dealt with it and continued service thinking maybe it's just an instance. I got Rise as a secondary service because I was new to the rural area and thought I may need it but never needed to use it so I can't attest to if it was reliable. Could never access online to pay bills and so disconnecting service was inevitable. Uninstall was set for today but to remove their equipment-access to property needs an escort. I have a closed gate for security purposes and pets. A sign that clearly says no trespassing and technician helps himself to entering property comes in climbs up on roof without talking to anyone at home. I had to send my neighbor over as security system showed an intruder. So I sent my neighbor to address the installer and tell him his access to my property and getting up on my roof without any communications to anyone at property was not ok. He says Our policy says I can come in and do this without your permission to retrieve our property. And I said my private property sign and gate tells you that you can't just access my property as you just did and climb up on my house (property) without being escorted. Called customers service and their customer service alongside manager has just as bad attitude and no service. Very low budget and all he could do is make condensending comments about everything i said or my complaints. Showed no concern or intent of my complaint about his technician forcing himself on my property and climbing up on my roof as he did without ringing door bell or talking to anyone. Because of the crappy install I surely wanted to be present so that i am comfortable with how you leave things as now there are huge holes that were left in roof from his removal of equipment with no care and regard to someone elses property. Same installer as guy removing equipment.
The condenscending tone they say " I am
sorry you feel this way' manager Provided me an email address to send a complaint. Tells me i could spend my time writing the email complaint rather than being on phone with him. As he was not going to help and that this issue is above his pay grade he says. No real action as to what his role was and useless to addressing my concerns. I do not recommend this company.
