My items came quickly and are exactly what I ordered!

Yarn is beautiful. Delivery was fast. There weren't any additional fees other than the ones I had already been told about.

So happy with you ability to have the dye lots for the two yarns that I didn’t have enough of to finish my sweater. I bought my yarn on holiday in Germany and I couldn’t find it in the US. The yarn shop sent me to you to find more as she was out and it worked. My sweater is being blocked as we speak!! I’ll be checking your website next time I’m in the market for yarn!!

The team is really helpful, super professional, kind and very knowledgeable. I had various people helping me with issues i had with my first order and they always went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied. The level of customer service i experienced with just one rito order is better than i’ve experienced my entire life in canada. And let’s not even get into the amazing prices that just make you trust the shop. It is very refreshing when a business isn’t blatantly and very obviously trying to scam you and rip you off and overcharge you out of greed. Ordered their blown yarn- Infinity Hearts Lily, on Jan 15th and received on Jan 27th. It is a beautiful product with a fair price and reasonable shipping timeframe.

I love Rito! I live in the US, but I’ve ordered from Rito many times and they’re great!

I found the yarn I was needing at a good price. And I found a few other things that I can't find here in the US. Thank you!!!

Beautiful yarn, as pictured, shipped quickly, at very low cost.

I have been waiting for my packagefor almost aonth ,but haven't received yet.

Still waiting for a package and it was shipped almost 4 weeks and keep telling me it’s slow shipping times while I watch the package go to every state but mine!! Won’t order here again I’m never gonna get the package and they won’t replace. Lost my business.

They were very responsive when items ordered were out of stock with options for my order. My order came quickly to the USA.
Note: they do have a weight shipping limit so I couldn’t get my full order delivered, I had to edit my order to meet their limit, I have never had to do this, even with other yarn co. in this country.
