Ordering and delivery are excellent. This was our second order. While I find I don't enjoy any of the beverages "on the rocks", they are excellent in cocktails. I actually like the gin alternative better than gin. Thanks for a great product.

I'll start by saying I don't have the highest standards for whiskey. I don't drink it straight up, but usually in whiskey sours that are heavy on the lemon. I thought, no matter how bad this stuff is, at least the lemon will cover it up, right? Wrong. This crap was so bad that no amount of lemon could save it. It wasn't just the taste, but the feel of it -- it feels slimy. What it reminded me of was something you might get if you made iced tea out of teabags, but you forgot to take the teabags out, then you forgot the tea on the back of the fridge for 6 months. While I hate wasting stuff, unless this stuff also has the magical powers to eat through the gunk in my drains, I guess that's exactly what I'll be doing.

It was really easy to purchase a gift card for my friend who loves Ritual Zero Proof, but I never saw an option for putting her email address in the order so that she was the one who received the details about the gift. Instead, I forwarded her the email I received.

Flavor was not good, left a really bad after taste. I was really hopeful but unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations. The tracing system for deliver left something to be desired as well.

The whiskey is a little too sweet, but it is very good with club soda. The gin doesn't make for a very good martini, but I'm sure it will be fine as a gimlet or gin & tonic. I will definitely order both again.

Ritual Zero Proof is a phenomenal company. I'd have to say I am absolutely most impressed with their kind, quick, and A+ customer service. I was blown away. They provide a quality product at an affordable and fair price. When I heard about the sampler pack, I had to try it, because I pretty much love all things whiskey, gin, and tequila. The products arrived quickly and in excellent packaging. It came with a recipe booklet and offered a wide range of things to mix and try. My first experience tasting the product was honestly not the best and I was so sad! Note: This is only PERSONAL preference. I prefer HINTS of herbs and spices on my palate and Ritual Zero Proof packs a punch with their vibrant and pure ingredients. You can taste every ingredient and mixing it with different things brings out the different flavors even more.
I chose to try Ritual Zero Proof because at the time, I was 5 months pregnant and excited to find an alcohol alternative to make some mocktails. The flavors were just too spicy and too intense for me to enjoy. Maybe 6 months down the road, I'll give it another go!

After giving U a 1 star review I am re-reviewing. My initial taste was stand alone sip but I have since integrated Ritual Zero proof into different mixes. I now change it to 4 star as it supplements the alcohol with a new flavor while cutting down on potency of drinks. Good job!

Love the idea but unfortunately the execution was off. I tried the tequila alternative but it was too peppery. Might be good in a bloody Mary or something calling for mezcal. Will not be experimenting with the others as theses bottles are not cheap

I gave this Zero Gin 2 stars, because Customer Service was terrific when the original order never came they resent a bottle quickly and in 2 days I had the product.
However, the Gin gets the one star. There is way too much pepper. And not enough Juniper which is a prominent taste in any good Gin.

I wish you good luck, perhaps you can go back to the drawing board and try again. The idea is very good...the outcome doesn't make it.

I love this tequila. Being in a pandemic for 7 months before getting pregnant had me used to having a daily cocktail or glass of wine (don’t judge). It’s been weird this last 6 months to not be able to have anything “fun” to drink, especially on my birthday when we dined on Mexican food and they couldn’t make me a virgin margarita. I got this tequila as a “what the hell, what’s the alternative?”, kind of purchase and I was not disappointed.

Now, let me say, I am not a tequila connoisseur, but I love a good margarita and this did the job. A note I would make is it is on the spicier side, which I don’t mind, but others might. I equate it to asking for a jalapeño margarita rather than a regular.

My husband was less impressed than I, but he can have the real thing without worry and is kind of a snob when it comes to alcohol, so I don’t take much consideration with his review of the product, lol.

All in all I’m very impressed and thankful that products like this exist to give those of us who cannot drink a placebo so that we feel like everyone else.

We tried Ritual Zero Proof Whiskey Alternative. We weren't expecting a full clone of the whiskey experience but were underwhelmed by what we did experience. The burn, while present, was markedly different than regular whiskey. Perhaps difficult to replicate without alcohol but it felt almost like drinking pepper water. Also, the flavor seemed somewhat "watery" and definitely smacked of "water with botanicals" to us than it did a smooth and thoroughly flavored liquid. While my wife and I agreed that we could tell what the makers were trying to accomplish and how the different flavors seemed to have been used, we also both agreed it fell quite short of whiskey - and more than that neither of us found it enjoyable. It was a neat experiment but we won't be repeating it.

The flavors do not match the types of alcohol at all. If you want a true flavor replacement, do not get this.

Was surprisingly better than expected. It won't replace my whiskey on the rocks, but as a substitute in multiple-ingredient cocktails it is hard to tell the difference.

I cannot drink anymore but I LOVE whiskey. I usual drink it on the rocks. I was so excited to find this product, however, as interesting of a flavor as it is, it does not taste like whiskey. It tastes of floral and red hot cinnamon. Very undrinkable. I understand it is not supposed to be an exact replica, but I am sorry to say I did not enjoy it. Maybe it would be better in a cocktail, where the flavor is masked. I feel awful, but I was very disappointed, not in you as a company (maybe others might enjoy the drink), but in the experience I let myself believe I was going to have :-(.

My order came promptly and was well packaged. It came with a mocktail menu and we're having fun making "margaritas" and "gimlets." We are enjoying the alcohol free drinks!

I absolutely love this product! So nice to be able to have a mocktail with zing.
