Jim was very efficient in locating a vehicle to fit my needs, at a price and on terms that suited my business. The car arrived on time and in perfect condition, and the gentleman that delivered it was extremely helpful.

Matt made the experience easy, which is the key. Nothing was too small a question, never failed to call back when needed and did not harass me at all when I was making the decision. This is the second vehicle I have leased through Rivervale, I have looked at other companies but none offered the service I recieve at Rivervale.

Jake was amazing, no question was ever to much, his patience was amazing and he was always willing to help find the best car, his support made sticking with rivervale and easy decision

I came across Rivervale when searching for a new lease deal as my current one was due to end in September. I found a good deal if I got the vehicle sooner so after getting an early termination figure from my current lease company I contacted Rivervale and others to secure a new vehicle. From start to finish Mark was helpful with the process. He (and other staff) kept me informed of any issues as they arose and the process was straightforward. The delivery of the vehicle was on time and I am delighted with my new Nissan. Thanks to Mark and the team for helping me negotiate this process and get what I believe was a good deal for my new lease. I would happily recommend them.

From speaking to Matt initially and his assistance in placing my order for my Lexus LBX, through to the help given by Teresa in sales support to ensure my car was available for collection in the short timescale I had, all went seamlessly!

Rivervale came up via a car leasing website, along with others.
They had a good deal on a car I liked but so did others.
After reaching out to a few firms, Rivervale (Jake) is the only one who consistently returned my calls and genuinely seemed interested in helping.
Once I had made a decision, Jake helped me through the process.
The only hiccup was at delivery, which was down to the delivery company and even then Rivervale liaised with them and helped to resolve the issues.

So in summary, timely, helpful, efficient - happy to recommend.

Simple and easy communications with Jim to order my new lease car. Queries answered quickly. From original enquiry to delivery of the vehicle was 3 weeks, including the 2 week cooling off period. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Will definitely be a returning customer at the end of this lease.
