    This company is a total scam! They let you withdraw a small amount, then pretend that you have breached the contract and demand more money. Even if you pay, they will continue to ask for even more. I refused to let them steal from me I filed a complaint and recovered all of my $89,000.

    Avoid like the plague
    Avoid like the plague, I bought an RL360 package through Lawson Wealth. From the onset they had problems to set a simple Direct Debit. After 3 month they finally managed and all good till we reviewed the DD, the all hell broke loose. They messed up the new DD, sent the account into lapse (taken all my money), recredited me later but since October 2024 they aren't capable to reconcile my payments with the premiums because basic accounting seems like rocket science to them. A representative was tasked to reconcile the account but he only made things worse, even a toddler with an abacus could have done a better job. I reconciled my account for them, but they have done absolutely nothing to put things in order so I can be charged extra fees as I result in default in their books and soon will lapse again and they will take all my money.

    Read the reviews before using this company ...

    In the context of a trust fund investment for our disabled son our FA recommended purchasing an off-shore bond from RL360. It took RL360 weeks to conduct their anti-money laundering checks, requesting more and more information up to the point, where it got ridiculous. Example: One of the trustee applicants was a transgender woman who provided a current passport showing her female firstname and her female gender. RL360 wasn't happy with this and demanded a Gender Recognition Certificate. In our view this request clearly contradicted the Equality Act 2010 !
    At that point we cancelled the application and requested the already invested funds to be returned. This then took RL360 more than 10 days (why?).
    Glad that we didn’t give them our business. Wish, I had read their reviews before engaging with them. Could have saved a great deal of hassle and worries. …

    Lack of communication is so unprofessional

    Since February 2019 I have had a SIPP with RL360. My broker has to contact them constantly to get anything done. I recommend anyone using this, or any other pension to keep a spreadsheet so that you can spot if any money that should be transferred to another 'platform' actually is recorded there. Since you will be dealing with a number of entities, it is difficult to know which one is causing the many hold-ups. Lack of communication is a major issue. Weeks go by without action and only by persistent enquiries do you, or your financial advisor, will discover what is happening, or why it is not happening. It becomes a full-time obsession!

    Slow, inefficient, useless customer servicing.

    Genuniely the WORST financial company I have ever dealt with. It takes weeks for replies to emails, can't even get ahold of them on the phone, and if you want to withdraw money I suggest starting the process MONTHS before you actaully want or need it. I still have no update on my dealings, despite trying to start the process two months ago. Tried to phone them and I can't even get through, all to try to access MY MONEY.
    I cannot advice you strongly enough to go with any other company, having used others that are 100x more effficent, helpful, and easy to use.

    RL360 seems to be the slowest and also…

    RL360 seems to be the slowest and also creates many roadblocks for anyone trying to withdraw a policy.
    6 weeks to progress slowly with a surrender request.
    This is the second time I've experienced this and I would not recommend them to anyone.
    The financial advisers get big bonuses from them, that is how they sell.
    Not a company to use.....

    If there is an option for half of the…

    If there is an option for half of the star , I will definitely go for half !!!! I have submitted my withdrawal request for more n than ten working days and yet no email updates me any progress and while I called customer service I was informed that my documents are under review and will update on Friday and not knowing any fund issue. Excuse me ? If my own fund !!!! Plus I have signed and cleared as per whatever they asked me to sign including anti Money laundry documents !!!! Hello , you r taking and investing my money and I was the one who are questioned about anti money laundry for the money I invested in your product ????? Then , the customer service was horrible and terrible …. They literallly said that they could do nothing , neither put my cas as priority or mentioning anything … he just said I was wasting time on the same question and answers . No sympathy of how the customer was upset and how to comfort customer !!!!
