Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Specifically Rob and his apprentice Harry. Polite, friendly and giving professional opinions throughout which made the final version 10/10 . I would have them back in a heartbeat and recommend to everyone I know.

RLS from quote to finish were exceptionally professional. Ryan and his team were polite and hard working, they transformed our Bathroom. There were some issues to overcome due the existing plumbing, Michael the main fitter discussed and kept us informed throughout. We would definitely recommend and use again.

Very happy with the completed work. Everything looks great in both my bathrooms and I can't fault the end product at all.

The job was slightly more troublesome than originally thought, due to unexpected mould and rotten wood for example, but they handled it for me at no additional cost.

I would recommend RLS and will use them again in the future.

Had a full bathroom removal and refit. Tiling, wetroom, underfloor heating and new bathroom suite. Kane and Brayden were great at cleaning up after themselves. They attended every day on time and were very polite and professional. we were kept informed every step of the way. We love our new bathroom! Great attention to detail and quality finish. RLS have just refurbed my family bathroom and have done a fantastic job. We've had some bathroom disasters in the past, but Ryan, Danielle and the team have made this whole process simple and stress free.

Ryan took the time to understand what we wanted to achieve and was full of helpful advice. Once we approved the plans and quote, the service continued to impress - we had to request a change to our fitting dates twice but it was never a drama. Danielle simply found other customers for us to swap with and we never felt like we were being a pain.

When it came to the fitting, we had Kane and Brayden - a great team. They were polite and courteous, kept us updated and did their best to keep the rest of the house clean and tidy. They also clearly take pride in their work - and the end result is stunning.

We couldn't be happier -and will certainly use RLS again!

I honestly can’t recommend RLS plumbing anymore. Ryan, Kane and Braydon worked really hard during both renovations and went out of their way to make sure we were happy throughout. Jobs were completed to a high standard and we are really happy with the end result. Would use them again.

Had my en-suite totally refurbed by RLS and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Kane and brayden who did the work were professional and friendly! Answered any queries we had and went through any work before carrying it out to make sure we was happy with it! RLS plumbing have sorted out all my plumbing services very professionally. I would highly recommend.
Had a wet room fitted earlier this year and was so pleased with their work that we have used them for our other plumbing needs of moving pipe work, moving a radiator, even sorting out a drainage problem. Will definitely use them again. Very reliable.
