RLS restored my faith in tradesmen, honestly!

I have held off a year leaving this review because I wanted to see how the bathroom faired after some use (and because I'm a lazy git). I'm pleased to say it still looks like the day they left it. So here goes... I found RLS through photos they had posted on facebook. I contacted them during covid to quote on a complete bathroom rip out. Ryan arrived took the details, listen to me chew his ear off about the fact I wanted PIR lights, PIR fan, copper pipes only, no boxing in, underfloor heating and probably a load of other requirements that would put most fitters off. Ryan was brilliant, literally nothing fazed him and was quick to return an itemised quote for materials and labour. After sitting on the quote for a week I accepted. The price was fair, Ryan was as responsive as you could have hoped for and I liked the fact they had a physical premises incase I needed to go moan.

In the month prior to the ripout we engaged with Danielle on the phone and over email on product specifics. She was great cemented my thinking that i'd chosen the right company!

The install was set at a 2 week timeframe and we were sent Rob and Michael for the job. Rob wasted no time taking two layers of tiles down and filing the skip. The guys did everything they could to keep the dust levels down, whilst we were forced to work in the house because of covid. They had dust sheets down every morning and always tidied up and vacuumed before they left each night.

Both Rob and Michael handled all aspects of the fit out between them. They worked super well together, communicated on progress daily (or whenever I wandered into see what they were discussing) and were genuinely all in all decent blokes.

I consider myself to be a bit or a perfectionist so found great comfort in Rob who took pride in his work and took time with the details. The way the porcelain tile grout lines wrap the wall and floor is a real piece of art.

In summary - I cant recommend these guys enough. Get RLS round for a quote. You wont be disappointed!

My tip - Request Rob/Michael and ensure you have enough milk in for about 12 brews a day 🤣

Ryn sorted the shower for me promptly. It was fitted straight away. Thd plumber was well mannered and helpful and cleaned up afterwards. The price was a good price. My experience with Ryan and the company was excellent. Will always go back to RSL

Can’t recommend Ryan and his team enough. Understanding, patient, professional and quality work. Gave me the bathrooms that I wanted, overcoming challenges along the way. Very friendly and likeable people. I tend to be very fussy indoors and they tried their best to be tidy and not disruptive.

Ryan and his team are great. Picking what we wanted and organising a fit date was super easy. They looked after everything from sheeting down the floors of the house, to skip hire, materials and every trade required for the job. Finish was great and nothing was too much trouble. All for a fair price - what more could you want?

Not just the friendliest team but a team that can actually fit and install in a timely manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone 👍🏻

From the initial consult with Ryan to having my 3 bathrooms refitted, I could not be happier with the end results.

The fitting team (Rob and Michael), were personable, and professional and made sure that I was informed at each step. When a decision needed to be made they always offered their professional sound advice with amazing results.

Rob and Michael were a joy to work with, they always arrived on time, left my home clean and tidy after each working day, and were polite and courteous.

Great experience from start to finish, the guys were friendly, tidy, clean and respectful of my home. Ryan kept me informed all through and kept checking everything was ok. Fair price which was stuck to and no hidden extras. Could not be happier with the finished bathroom, please do not hesitate to have RLS do your bathroom, you won't find better.

The whole process from Ryan visiting the house to design the bathroom and maximising the limited space in a very small bathroom, to providing an acceptable quote, leaving the brochures to choose the bathroom suite, the tiles and all accessories and the work being carried out by Michael and Robert in a professional manner, turning up on time, leaving the house as clean and tidy as possible and being courteous and respectful and carrying out the work to the highest standard possible. Right from the outset Ryan from RLS Plumbing and Heating Services listened to our requirements to referbish the outdated family bathroom we had. After several changes of mind from us we eventually set our hearts on a wetroom and Ryan was so patient while we decided on what to have. Then came our turn for the team to fit it all. The RLS guys (Kane and Braiden) were absolutely superb! They workred tirelessly to install a fully tiled wetroom with underfloor heating and digital Aqualisa shower. They had immense patience as we made key decisions and lised with us throughout. Fantastic service RLS!

I was very cautious when choosing the company to refurbish my bathroom. Ryan from RLS was great and he made the process so easy. The two guys who did all the refurb Kane & Braydon were very professional and the most reliable builders I have ever had. Always on time and stayed to do the work throughout.

RLS Plumbing carried out a full bathroom installation, before commencement the owner Ryan came over to visit us 4 times to ensure that we were happy with the competitive quote supplied and ensured that what we wanted we were happy with, as I changed my mind so many times during the process, he has the patient of a saint. The works took 2 weeks, you would never have known the guys were working in my home and they left the area tidy each night. I am totally happy with their professionalism, punctuality and workmanship was 110%, I cant believe how they transformed my bathroom. I have had already booked in further works with this Company and would highly recommend them.
