Tried to return an item because you have to request to do so. Offered me $15 on a $60 item to not return it. I said absolutely not, let me refund. Then tried to negotiate $25 then $34 etc. So much back and forth when all I want to do is return the item and get a full refund for what I paid.

I finally received my order that was placed the end of November. It took about a month and two weeks. Also, the tracking number that was given did not provide any information when I clicked on it. I do like one of the dresses I ordered. Unfortunately, my mom was not able to wear hers.

Items coming reasonably fast are of good quality and exchange if something is not quite so, is made super easy

I was very disappointed with both the dresses I recieved. The fabric was synthetic and the dresses looked nothing like the photos.

Products arrived in good condition in a reasonable time. Very happy with two items. Third is in a material that was lower quality than I expected.

Package arrived intact and the product is as expected.

The top is nice and the sizing is true to size however the photo shows a sparkly wine glass and Santa hat with diamantés. In reality it was just a screen print of a glass and hat with no actual sparkle. It is the sparkle that made the shirt look great so it was disappointing that this was another cheaply made screen printed shirt. I am planning to buy some glitter this week to glue to the shirt to bring out the sparkle but in reality I shouldn’t have to do this.

Beware! Do not buy from this site. The dress was nothing like the photo online! And they try and offer you a $12 refund and then you can keep the dress for which I paid over $80. The colour I ordered was pink, I received coral, the fabric on top half was satin, I received a cheap stretchy fabric, the size said small, and it was at least a medium. I wish I could upload a photo so you can see how completely ridiculous the difference in dresses were. Don’t believe the 5 stars.

Delivery excellent very fast. The dress I ordered I am very happy with. I don’t buy very much on line but it is exactly as it was represented in the picture.

The dress was delivered at reasonable speed. It is pretty and can be dressed up or down. But I had to move the waist button because it was a bit tight on the waist. Other than that is basically true to size. It has an ample skirt that would be long to petite ladies. But it can be hemmed up. I really like how it looks on me. Very classic.

So pretty. Perfect for the occasion.

Beautiful Dress to celebrate Christmas in style

Exactly as ordered. Wore one dress to a wedding and received lots of compliments. Very happy.

Fast arrival of my order but unfortunately dress was wrong size so I’ve paid postage and waiting for a replacement. Communication has been excellent!

I am not happy. I purchased a dress for $50 USD and received the product - the dress is too small - I asked for a refund and they offered for me to keep the product and give me $7 back! $7 - it cost me $50 - I am not happy and will post this everywhere. I told them I want a full refund and now they are not responding to me.

Very slow postage/delivery which was disappointing.
Dresses in much thinner material than expected though both fit well so sizing OK.

I bought one top to see if the quality was good. I was so impressed O quickly bought 3 more which I am equally satisfied with!
My neighbour saw my parcel and I opened it in front of her she now is waiting for her purchase of 3 tops.
