Out of all the many nurse agencies there are now I find RMR to be the most professional and contactable which is where the other agencies fall down flat. The staff are all friendly, helpful and best of all, you can actually speak to them on the phone! Any emails are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Training is superb and I feel supported and valued as a trained nurse.

A professional nursing agency and great employer.
Having worked for RMR since 2015, I have found them consistently helpful, friendly and very professional for the entirety of my time with the company. The team always look to match my skills and availability with clients within an travelling distance I am happy with, finding hours that fit in with my lifestyle.
Frequent feedback is sought, to make sure I'm comfortable in the settings I'm allocated to as well as being able to meet the needs of the clients, and sometimes I get a call from the office just for a chat to see how I'm doing, which is always appreciated.
Training needs are also kept on top of, to ensure all my skills are up-to-date, relevant and any further training needs identified. Training is provided in house, with informative sessions often tailored where possible to suit the needs of the cliets we are supporting.
It has been a pleasure to be a member of the RMR team for the past nine years, and I look forward to being part of the team for years to come.

Excellent company.
As a new member of the nursing team, my experience with RMR is extremely positive.I have been made to feel very welcome, management team are very supportive and there is always someone to speak to. There is always plenty of shifts, you get the opportunity to have continuity in the care setting or work multiple homes.
The induction programme is great and there is many learning opportunities.

I have worked as an RGN with Robinson Medical Recruitment for over 9 years (11 years total as an Agency Nurse). I've never considered contracted work since starting agency, love the flexibility and positive work-life balance it affords me. During covid and since, I've supported clients/settings in a longer term/advanced booking nature, where before, I did move around from home to home more. I feel valued by the clients I support and my work family (both the RMR office staff, and the relationships I have established with my peers at RMR. I have an excellent rapport with the staff in the office, who always care how I'm getting on both professionally and personally. I'm encouraged to seek support when needed, from the Nuse Managers, who will guide you through any concerns (practical, clinical etc). I'm proud to work for, and represent RMR, I know we have a strong and positive reputation for quality, in the nurses and staff they provide to clients and in the management of RMR as a company.

I have enjoyed working for RMR, I was very hesitant at joining an agency. At first it was slow for me getting shifts but a lot of that was because I was nervous about travelling places I didn’t know, they were really good with me and accommodated me where possible. Since I started working for RMR I always had shifts. One of the things I always liked was that they never made me feel guilty if for whatever reason I had to cancel a shift. I love the really personal chats and also the banter. I always get asked first if I'm ok with the shifts they have for me. Just overall, don't want to work for someone else
