Worked for RMR since 2009. They are a professional agency that really look out for their staff. They offer adequate training and support and the rates are competitive. It has been a rewarding experience working with them. The consultants are courteous and go out of their way to secure the work you want.

I have worked with RMR full-time for several years on and off, I mostly left because I was sent to England for full-time work (I always regretted leaving!). The booking staff are always friendly, kind and caring. They understand the needs of their employee's and try hard to get them the shifts they need. I had some problems with an agency in England and RMR welcomed me back with open arms and they gave me the support and care I needed. I've never had a problem with being paid on time, and the pay rates are fantastic. Would 100% recommend working for RMR.

I have been working with the company for 3 years now, and I'm very satisfied with the amount of work i get weekly. I am very pleased with office staff,with their workers attention and communication. I have never had any problems with my wages nor my holidays.

I have been with RMR Robinson medical recruitment since November 2019 I have always had regular work and paid weekly on time everytime with no issues. I find the RMR team all very helpful and update myself with any changes to shifts and are approachable and accommodating when requesting days Iam unavailble for. I find RMR provide myself with a great work life balance with good pay along with providing holiday pay. Overall my experience in working with RMR is that they are a professional company who treat there employees well.

Rmr is the only agency I have ever worked with been employed with Rmr for almost a decade. My experience has been a positive reflection . The whole team are great , the finance team , the weekend team Michael & Ryan , Natalie & Abbie who are in contact with me on a daily basis , had many a laugh . It’s a pleasure to work for RMR.
The support is definitely there with friendly staff responding promptly to email or being at the other end of the phone.
I have had regular work with this agency and I like how in touch they are to offer work or check if you are available last minute.

Recently attended Manual Handling/Basic Life Support update.
Well structured and useful session although some of the Manual Handling not entirely relevant to my field of practice.
Would have been five stars if directed to Operating Department practice and will return when these sessions are up and running.

I am coming up to 2 years working for RMR. The Edinburgh team have been brilliant from the get go. They ensure their staff are all supported and consistently offered shifts equally.

I have worked as a nurse with RMR for 3 years now. They are the only agency I have worked with as a nurse and I have never thought about joining another ever since. They admin staff are always very supportive and friendly. They are on the other side of the phone when you need anything and are happy to help every time. The best feeling though is when I go to work in different care homes and they comment on how good RMR nurses and office staff are . You just know you are working for a high quality agency and that is bound to make you feel good and you want keep the motive going. I absolutely appreciate the experience that I have gained working for RMR and feel so confident as a nurse.

Having worked with RMR for a number of years I feel I can give an honest opinion of the company. I have always found the whole team professional, courteous, supportive and above all friendly. Overall they are very approachable, responding to requests promptly and efficiently.
I have frequent updates and conversations with the team who allocate shifts which are always informative and useful to have.
I have worked with other agencies, which have been fine, however I recommend RMR due to their competence and understanding.

I have worked for RMR for close to a decade now and sincerely have no complaint. RMR as an agency, have a very strong support staff at the office who are always ready to listen to you and provide you with all the available support one requires. I have never regretted joining RMR and will continue to work with them to provide the best of care to all our service users.

This is a great agency to work for, I have worked with them for over 7 years now and I can say they have a fab team behind them. Always informed of shifts and feel more like friends than an employer! Excellent rates of pay and supportive through a pandemic and shortage of shifts, I cannot fault them😊

I've been with RMR for nearly 5 years now and have been with other agencies before in the past but RMR is simply amazing. RMR value and look after their staff. The whole team know where and when you can work. They are always a phone call away if you need any support. They are like family. As an employee I've always had shifts and I'm always made to feel valued.

I have been a full time Agency nurse for 6 years and have worked with 4 Agencies over that time. RMR are by far the best for many reasons and I have been with them for about 5 years or more.
Unlike other agencies they are very friendly, accommodating and flexible. If I have had to cancel a shift because of injury or illness for example, the response is concern and kindness which is far from the hostility I have experienced elsewhere.
The only reason I haven’t given all 5 stars is because there is not a lot of work available which is not their fault at all.
I have spoken to many other Agency nurses who feel the same way about RMR.

I have worked with RMR for several years now and I find them very accommodating friendly and easy to approach. 😊

On the whole I have had a good experience working with RMR. They have kept me in steady work and offer training opportunities when required to keep up with compliance. There is always someone on the other end of the phone if there is a problem.
