Lovely bit of kit!
Rapid delivery. Lovely quality product, can't comment on longevity yet, but can't imagine there being a problem. I found fitting it incredibly easy. On the bike in less than 10 minutes, using Roadlok's recommendations for spacers etc. Locked into brake disc with no trouble. Very neat, very good quality....delighted. Perfect for quick stops etc

Import charges are extortionate and the…
Import charges are extortionate and the ability to pay on line is the usual standard with royal mail, wouldn't recommend this way of purchasing as cost 25% more plus hassel to get the lock that I still haven't received.
A learning experience and hope the lock is worth the extra expense and total frustration!

Hi Ivan, I'm sorry to hear that the import duties were unexpected.
When you order from outside the EU, we don't charge you salestax, so instead of paying 249.99 euro, you pay 206.60 (for a black Roadlok).
At checkout, we show an additional notice to inform you of the import duties and taxes with a link to our shipping and payment page.
The import duties and sales tax you had to pay upon import is outside our control, as those are local regulations and are not defined by us. However, the total cost of the purchase price + import / tax should be around 249.99, which is the price anyone from inside the EU pays.
Regarding the time it takes to receive the product, again, this is largely due to Brexit and the delays at customs.
We do offer DHL Express delivery at a surcharge.
Overall I hope this explains the process and more importantly, I hope a positive experience using our lock will soften these blows a bit.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.

Really happy with lock. Simple device, easy to install. Only one suggestion to make it even easier to manage for customers if you can provide up to date instructions for each motorcycle.

I got the wrong roadlok for my bike…
I got the wrong roadlok for my bike (Husqvarna Svartpilen 400 2024) and now I have to wait 3 weeks to get the correct one

we again apologise for receiving the incorrect lock. As we also offered by email, you can either return the lock for a full refund. Or wait for the correct lock, which is still in pre-order on our website. As soon as it becomes available, we can send you one.

Good product, probably too expensive considering poor customer support and attention to details
Order experience was a pain: I received my roadlok after 3 weeks, which is far more than adverstised and no answer from customer service until I put a feedback on trustpilot. Product itself is well made and works as expected. Two elements to improve for a BMW GS: the provided screws are slightly too short according to roadlok own instructions: about one millimeter of thread is missing with the provided kit, compared to the amount of thread you get with the original BMW screws: that works and seems to hold the callipers well enough, but unfortunate that you get instructions and a full set of spacers that ultimately are not used. Also all BMW screws are torx, the ones provided by roadlok are hexagonal, which is quite current with third parties but it would be better to provide torx as well to keep toolkit uniform (these are big bits, and you need to tighten according to torque, so I had to buy an additional hex bit for my torque wrench)

Vorige week ben ik persoonlijk naar de fabriek in de VS gegaan om te zorgen dat we de achterstanden zsm kunnen wegwerken. Vandaag ben ik alle achterstallige mails aan het wegwerken. Onze mail en jouw review zijn inderdaad "toevallig" tegelijk gekomen. Echter ook via deze weg nogmaals onze excuses voor de vertraging.
Super! could be better with a custom bolts.
Super product. Defo a must have for bike security plus no more broken fenders.

100% recommend for Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO
Bought this awesome little kit from ROADLOK for my Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO, after MANY hours comparing (full autism mode) designs and systems.
I am pleased to say this was very much the right choice for me.
The kit literally took me 2 minutes to install without instructions, has loads of different size spacers, etc and is super easy to use, the pin is sprung loaded so you lock it in and rotate the wheel until it engages.
I would say this is fairly difficult to remove quickly even with an angle grinder.
The added bonus it looks OEM, too as they come in different colours.
It comes with a little bung you put in when you take the lock out to keep the grit out that I feel could do with a redesign so you dont easily loose it but generally a nice thought.
The great thing is that you cant move the bike an inch with it engaged so there's no concern about forgetting it, pulling away then it locks up and you drop the bike.
All in a great little security device that I 100% recommend.
