Roam is a real food first nutrition brand that started because we were sick of all the fake "health foods" that were on offer when we needed a high protein snack on-the-go. We make high-protein, natural snacks with nothing artificial added to our bars & bites. We wanted high protein, and we wanted all natural, but we didn’t want the weird ingredients that sounded like they should be in a lab, hazardous artificial preservatives, and the inconvenience of refrigeration. Since launching in January 2022 we have been building a loyal community of functional health leaders, biohackers, athletes and adventurers. I really wanted to love this product…
I really wanted to love this product but genuinely found it difficult to eat due to the taste. The tastes reminds me of how dog food smells which is a shame.

Not massively impressed with these bars, they’re very expensive for what you get and they don’t taste good. I’d much rather eat some billtong/beef jerky, far less dry.

Real food - Easy Protein Fix.
I've been buying Roam Bars for approx. a year but have recently signed up to a subscription as between my Wife and I, we are getting through them incredibly quickly. They offer a great alternative to traditional protein bars and you actually feel healthy eating them as opposed to the feeling you get from traditional protein bars (and shakes) whereby you know they taste far too processed to actually be good for you.

I like the whole concept behind it, it's convenient, great nutritious high in protein snack, tasty, great variety of flavours also tried majority of the flavours now been impressed with them still a couple of flavours to try! Highly recommend to those who like to snack.

The perfect protein snack
I ordered the ROAM chilli flavour. As a South African, Biltong (dried meat) is a staple. It reminded me of the chilli biltong I at growing up. Super delicious, clean ingredients and packed with protein. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean protein bar option. Lastly, the branding and packaging is just awesome, well done to the team at ROAM!

Thanks for the feedback. We think they are great value too when you consider the whole food approach we have taken and compare our bars to others on the market who are packed full of synthetic options which we all know are cheaper.
A great idea
No complaints - the bars are exactly what they say they are - beef with salt and pepper to season.
They are an acquired taste however - like I said it’s a bar of beef, that by dint of some kind of wizardry does not need refrigeration.
A good idea.
Edit: this does not mean I didn’t like them. They are very good though unlike anything else on the market of a similar dried meat type ie biltong or jerky which is one of their strengths, being extremely convenient pre or post workout or used like I did as a part of a natural breakfast. An excellent idea perfectly executed.
