great long coat
great coat. I am 162 cm; 64 kg , avarage body shape and the length is just perfect! I was looking for a coat ( a long coat ) that could cover my maxi dresses . This coat just do a great job with that. Only one star down as the sleeves are baloon's style , personally would prefer more classic straight sleeves but I cannot have everything right ? I am keeping it :)

Love Ro&Zo
I have several pieces from Ro&Zo and I love them all. The unusual styles of their garments is great and the quality is good too. However I recently bought a bronze sequin top which I was really looking forward to wearing over the Christmas season but unfortunately the sequins were falling off as I tried it on so I had to return it sadly. This is the exception I believe as my other garments are fine.

Love the jacket although it took…
Love the jacket although it took slightly longer than I thought to arrive. The only negative is it’s far too big. Definitely not true to size. I’ve now got to send it back & re-order the next size down.

Fantastic dress
Fantastic dress, feel amazing in it. Good quality and good length. Needed to exchange for a smaller size and the process was really straightforward with quick delivery. This is appreciated as so many companies don’t offer exchanges anymore

I have not received my order. I email customer care and got a response they would check with delivery company and then heard nothing. The tracking link says no order associated with that link.
