I ordered my dress on December 11 and didn't get it until January 26! At first I'd saw a few positive reviews so I bought the dress, but afterwards I saw all of the real reviews and I was just livid. So here I am today, I open the package and I can already tell it's not the right material. I slip it on and it's basically an ugly sundress... this is 100% not what i paid for. DONT ORDER FOM ROASO!!!!

Beware these are cheep copies of the clothes that you see online you are not going to receive the item you are looking at no they make a cheep copy of what you think your going to get don't waist your time on this company the dress i received was nothing like what i was expecting girl it was bad like to quality of halloween costumes cheep cheep cheep

Its a scam. My clothes smelled mold, there was a brown spot on the crouch area of a white bathing suit. This company is a scam along with all chickme and all the other thats pop up on in our newsfeed. Im afraid they have my credit card number. Dont trust them at all!

I placed an order 1-6-2017 and still haven't received my order. There is no contact number only email. I really would like a refund I don't think this company is legit!

I really didn't want to give no star I placed an order the beginning of December and paid extra to have my purchase sent to me in 2 days needless to say I never received my order they emailed me along with other people to say that my purchase was out of stock and would like for me to find something else of the same price to purchase.. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! you never talk to anyone they just email you back and forth saying the same thing.. make me think the messages are automatically generated. And yet I still haven't received my MONEY

THE WORST SITE EVER.....The reason it take so long is because when you place the order it has to be made and then shipped from China. This is why the clothes look nothing like the site. They are using pictures from some where else. False advertisement and cheap material. THIS SITE NEED TO BE REPORTED AND CLOSED DOWN!!

I wish I could give this site a -0. Cloths are cheaply made, looks nothing like the photo ad, and sizing is completely a miss. Threads hanging off and materiral is wack. Missing tags and no washing instructions. A wasted purchase. Please don't buy these products made on the sidewalks of Hong Kong. Trust that you will be deeply disappointed.

This site is an absolute rip off!!! I ordered 2 items to take on a cruise I went on in December? I ordered the items 3 weeks before I left? Read some reviews but they must've been fake? I ordered them on 11/10, cruise was 12/1 - 12/8? It's 1/16 and I still don't have my items? They are thieves! I have a tracking number but it has a date of 11/18 when the package left China? They tell me to contact the USPS but you need the address, city and state of the business for them to track!! I'm so angry that I fell for this ploy?? Not a good company; DO NOT ORDER FROM ROASO.COM!!!!

Everything arrived on time & the quality of the dresses completely exceeded my expectation ! I mean for the money I paid per dress I honestly didn't expect such great quality!

I ordered an item back in Oct 2016. The item was shipped out and sent to an address in a totally different address that was undeliverable. It never made it to my actual address on the account. Then it was sent back to the warehouse. I asked about my package by email because you clearly can never speak to any live person. They told me I had to pay $5 extra to get it sent back. I paid the initial shipping to have it sent and they wanted me to pay again for a mistake that was their fault. That was truly poor customer service. Never ordering from them again. I needed my item for my Jamaica trip and now I won't have it. Roaso will not get anymore business from me and I will blast them to anyone else who wants to order.

I ordered 2 outfits XL on Nov 5,2016 and didn't receive it until January 9,2017. Then one outfit came in the wrong size XXL so now I have to try and sell it because I don't won't to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back from this company. I'm very pist off with this company. So I don't recommend no one to order from them or you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took 2 months for my items I purchased to come. Ordered to 2 jackets back in November 3, 2016 and the order just came January 5, 2017. When they finally came I was satisfied with the quality of the products and they did look like the pictures posted on Roaso. It took at least a month for me to find out how to even contact anyone to let them know that I hadn't received my items. After many email attempts my package eventually came a couple of days ago. I may give them another try but I know now if I want something its going to take at least 2 months for it to get to me.

1st they blocked me on fb so that I can't warn anybody. 2nd It took forever for the order to arrive. 3rd The Order was completely different from what I ordered. I mean the color the size the entire item was different. I ordered 3 things and its all trash. Such a scam. Pathetic robbers.

I placed an order for an outfit for NYE at the end of November. The website stated I would receive my order in 6-10 days. I did not receive my order until January 5th! I emailed customer support several times and received the same response "wait a few more days". Needless to say, I had to spend more money on something to wear for NYE. Because the company is located in China, you'll have to pay the Customs Fee to return. You'll spend the same amount you paid for shipping to return the item. When opened the package, the clothes were a total knock off of what I thought I ordered. Very cheap and trashy looking merchandise. Keep your money in your pocket or spend your money elsewhere!!

I ordered a XXL and was sent a medium sized top with XXL bottom.. I'm so disappointed...I believe you should mail me a free top expeditely... and another thing why isn't my skirt the leather material shown on your website... so disappointed...

i cant believe what i received after waiting for almost a damn month for my items yall are a scam and just right down dirty to be selling ppl this garbage,my dress look nothing like the pic and my jumper is not cute nor the rt color i order its very cheap horrible looking yall better keep hiding cause aint no way you would get away with this yall need to give me my hard money back,i would appreciate that

I ordered two items.

I received once 12 days after I ordered it.
I came in a size XL when I ordered a small.

Second item I never received. They advised me to contact my local post office. For what? Your company decides the shipping company and the package is in CHINA.

They blocked me from contacting them via email. Then after threatening to contact a lawyer they unblocked me and email me back a store credit.

GIVE ME MY MONEY.

All High quality products in one website. Roaso provided great clothes for me to wear. I bought a dress from them for Christmas party and it was a hit. It fit perfectly in the bust, waist, and hips. I received so many compliments from complete strangers. I'm so glad to shop on the website. I am very happy with my dress and I will buy more from them in future.

I really enjoyed shopping at Roaso. They have a wide selection of clothing and the prices are unbelievable. I ordered five dresses took about two weeks to be delivered you can track you order online. When they were delivered I was really happy with the quality of the material. Overall I was very statsfied with Roaso and I will continue to shop on their site.
