After all we are happy with what we ordered, one of the dresses is missing the runner. But the shoes are incredible and true sizes. What we ordered is for my daughter quinceañera. And the style the Lolita sales was perfect for the theme that she picked.

My experience was really great with them. My address as incorrect so I contacted them immediately and the resolved my problem in no time and shipping is fairly quick

The dress I bought came fast, and its super cute. I really like to wear it while I'm gaming, or even just to the gas station, lol.

I've purchased 4 dresses over time, and they always arrived very quick.
Sometimes the products are a little bit smelly but once I've washed them the smell is gone.
The dresses do have a good quality.

After waiting 2 months to get my order, I realize they sent me the wrong size. They refuse to do refunds or exchanges even though it is their mistake. To send this item back and buy a new one would cost exactly the same amount if not more than purchasing the jacket. Horrible customer service takes forever to respond. Wouldnt recommend. Upon further research I realized they also buy their product off AliExpress and dropship it.

i like the products i received and they replied back to me quickly when i asked when it would be shipped. i like how afterpay is an option too, ive ordered some more things excited for them to arrive. only complaint would be i wish they sold more things that weren’t polyester, but i brought some that were anyway. overall a happy customer

The customer service was great, even though the items i got i wasn’t very happy with, the refund and return process was easy and they were very communicative about what would happen. 10/10 will order from them again!

The dress we ordered was a size XL however it was extremely small and smelled horrible! I was very disappointed since I had wanted a dress like that for a while. Even my underweight sister couldnt fit into the dress!

The quality was also lacking (the fabric was very poor quality and couldn't stretch at all which made the size problem even worse).

I am very disappointed and can't even get a full refund... :(

Ordered and received in 5 days, well packaged. Very satisfied with the speed.

The shoes I bought are really nice and good quality and the cape is nice, but couldn't fit me. As I tried to return it, they gave me the option refund a certain amount while I keep it. I took that option because they don't provide return labels and it will make things more complicated if I tried to make a return label myself, so I gave it away. What I notice however are the reviews I give to the products I bought. When I give the product 5 stars and give some good points about it, my review pops up on the website under the product. However when I gave my other products 4 and 3 stars, it doesn't show up. Why is that?

Their customer service is really poor. They don’t know how to engage properly and expect you to do all the work. They didn’t want to call UPS even though the package was stuck for several days. I contacted UPS myself and was told that the sender needs to file a claim. I then wrote on their Instagram, suggesting their customer service should be better – and they deleted the comment. I will definitely not buy from them again.

I had a mistaken size, but i talked with customer service and they replied fast and solved the problem without any issues. You can trust they take care of the customer and if something goes wrong, they are reliable.

I ordered a dress from Lolitashow and needed it to come in quickly. After not hearing any updates for a while about my order, I contacted them about the dress and they ended up expediting the dress to me in 2 days for free of charge so I could have my dress on time for my event. That was very nice & considerate of them!! Lolitashow has been very easy to work with & quick to respond to all of my questions! I will be looking forward to purchasing from them in the future!

So it was my first time buying any clothes of the Lolita fashion, and I was really excited, but also really scared because you always hear about those horor stories. But a leap of faith and bought my first Lolita dress from this company. Everything looked good I didn't know what to choose, and when I did buy something the price was very fair. In the end I got what I ordered everything on it was the same as the pictures. Last but not least it came in early, I already bought more from them and I will be buying more in the future.

THEIR ITEMS ARE ABSOLUTELY TO DIE TO FOR I GOT 2 PAIRS OF SHOES I WANNA WEAR THEM EVERYDAY!!!! Their customer service is so impeccable they reply so fast and accommodate to your needs!!! I actually felt so valued and seen because they will COMPLETELY SOLVE ANY ISSUE. I honest to god have no words i cannot express how amazing their customer service is and how great their prices are on such lavish shoes jus girl. you CANNOT GO WRONG W THEM

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

This place is not cheap, so beware that you could be wasting a lot of money. The clothing was more than 10cm smaller than specified on website. When I contacted customer support they wanted proof, so I photographed every item of clothing with a tape measure so they could easily see.

Since the dress was for my daughter, they said that they needed proof of her size. Why, I don't know. The sizes they provided were different than specified on the website, and that's all they need to know. I said I would not be sending photographs of my child to prove her size because it was irrelevant, and they refused to give a refund and stopped answering my emails. They also never answer their phone listed on the website.

I would stay clear away from these guys. Bad service, small clothing, and it's creepy that they wanted photos proving my kid's size.
