The product is actually 50 grams heavier than mentioned in the description. 430 grams instead of 380. If I would have known I probably had chosen another sleeping pad. But still, the price is quite ok at least :)

Robens provided a couple of replacement tent poles within a week and free of charge when I informed them that was one had broken. Their helpdesk gave me realistic expectation of delivery times. I'm a happy customer and would recommend Robens and buy their products

Wonderfull team (the mattress I ordered was out of stock and the Robens team did provide a replacement of better specifications - with no extra costs). The tent is of high quality and very easy to set up. Seems a very decent tent. Value for money. And the tent was delivered very fast. A very happy customer, indeed.

I've just got hold of the saw and it is very good and easy to set up. But the parcel had been semi opened and I did not sign for it, It's a restricted item and I should of signed for it or it should of gone back to the depo

Fantastic products, happy with everything I have (green cone, hammock, hammock under-blanket and a bunch of other bits…) For UK delivery though - last delivery update I had was as the parcel left depot in Denmark, next thing I knew it turned up. Would be have good to have handoff updates to other couriers as well!

I bought Grasmere T7 walking poles 3 years ago. I needed a new pin for the fast clip height adjuster, and I contacted Robens to ask if they could send me one, as the poles are unusable without that pin. I was told by Robens that "they don't have this as a spare part", in spite of the fact that they are still manufacturing and selling these same poles. I think this is very poor service, and I would not buy poles from this manufacturer again. The poles were comfortable in use, but Robens' unwillingness to supply something as basic as a fast clip adjuster pin makes me question their commitment to customer service

Soooo efficient. Wonderful service and super quick delivery. Great quality product that does such a good job.

I bought a Robens Challenger 2 tent last year ready for camping this season, but the tent proved almost impossible to put up and take down and I badly injured my finger trying. I think the tent is either faulty and/or just a very poor design. I have bought another make of tent from another supplier. I am not impressed with Robens and cannot recommend their tents.
