I can't speak highly enough of Roberts Crossley Solicitors. I dealt with Katy and Alicea who were both outstanding at their jobs. I was kept up to date all of the way through the process of buying and selling a house and I am so grateful for how responsive they were, how good communication was and how much effort they put into chasing other parties where this needed doing. My estate agent said that she had not come across more efficient solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The best service I have ever received from a conveyancer. Robert Morrison was amazing. He was professional, good-humoured and always available to answer questions accurately and quickly. Moving home is always stressful but knowing I was in such capable hands really helped. Robert made sure the purchase went through as quickly as possible. I couldn’t recommend more. All was great.

Lily Moores was in charge of the sale of my mums flat and Lily made it very easy. I had regular updates and when I did need to contact Lily, I would always get a quick reply to my questions.

Very responsive, fees clearly laid out, good communication

Roberts Crossley gave me what I expected: a straightforward, step by step process for the sale of my flat. For a relatively good fee. There was another cost, though: the feeling of distance between me and the person handling my case. I mainly communicated by email (so I would have an audit chain in case anything went wrong), even though the firm allows itself up to three working days to reply. In the event all did go well, but I felt a little out of the loop on potential issues raised by the buyer's solicitors. The potential issues never became real issues - but I don't know how they were resolved. Got the result I wanted. But by luck or skillful negotiation?

I whole heartedly recommend Robert Morrison at Roberts Crossley Solicitors. He helped me navigate the intricate world of buying a first home. Communication was very clear and easy. I really appreciated that he always replied quickly to my various questions, and was available to talk to over the phone when I needed clarifications.

We had John Roberts as our solicitor, he was great form the start to finish.
He explained every step of the way and what the next step was going to be; so there was no delays. Even when there was a delay from the sellers side he made sure that it didn’t delay our completion date. As a first time buyer he made the whole process every easy and as stress free as possible. He also was very polite when I would be calling non stop asking for updates. Their online tracker made it easy to keep up on what’s going on and they would text us every time we had even the slightest of updates. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using them if we ever sell.
