They promise weekly cashback on Mondays, but mine only showed up on Wednesday afternoon after I contacted support. By then I’d already decided not to play more. If you use something as a selling point... See more

Friend lied, this sucks

Joined because my mate wouldn’t shut up about his big win here. I just got dead spins and a headache from the flashing banners. Either he got super lucky or they treat new players differently, but my experience was nothing like he described.

Unclear fees

Deposited 50 with my e-wallet, got charged extra by them and then again by the wallet. The casino site never mentioned any fee on their side, just noticed my balance was lower. I hate when costs are hidden like that.

Auto-play too addictive

The auto-play on their slots is a bit dangerous. It keeps spinning fast and there’s no obvious way to set a strict loss limit, only some vague stop conditions. I zoned out and burned through way more than I intended. Not really the casino’s fault maybe, but I wish the tools were better.

Misleading “instant” payouts

They brag about instant payouts on the homepage, but that only applies to one e-wallet I don’t use. Card withdrawals are still processed manually, which took almost two days. Calling that “instant” feels dishonest.

Live chat but no help

The live chat button is right there, so I thought cool, quick help. Instead I waited 10 minutes in a queue to be told to email another department. Why even have chat if they can’t actually solve basic account questions there? Total waste of time.

Cashback is a joke

They have this “weekly cashback” thing that sounded good, like you get something back on losses. I lost around 120 that week and the cashback they credited was less than 3. Some weird calculation and exclusions they don’t really explain anywhere. Pretty meaningless feature in reality.

Overhyped welcome package

The welcome package is split over several deposits with different conditions each time. After the first one, I honestly couldn’t be bothered to keep track. It’s more confusing than exciting. I ended up ignoring the rest, which kind of defeats the point.

Free spins with no wins

I used 50 free spins and literally ended up with less than 1 in winnings. I know they’re free, but it just felt pointless. Would rather they gave fewer spins with better odds.

Cashback arrives late

They promise weekly cashback on Mondays, but mine only showed up on Wednesday afternoon after I contacted support. By then I’d already decided not to play more. If you use something as a selling point, at least process it on time without manual chasing.

Weird bonus rules

The bonus looks easy, like deposit and play, but then they say only certain slots count 100%, others 20%, some zero. I accidentally played the wrong ones and my progress bar basically didn’t move. Felt tricked more than anything.
