Live chat queue long
I waited almost 25 minutes just to talk to someone about a stuck bonus. Hardly “live”. The issue wasn’t complex either, they just seem understaffed or overwhelmed.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The camera angle is weird and feels distant, and there’s a constant chat spam from other players. Hard to focus, not an enjoyable experience, and I lost quickly anyway.
Minor thing but annoying: you can’t change your display name once set, even if you made a typo. Support says it’s “for security”. Sounds like lazy coding to me.
After a while you start noticing all the little UX issues: tiny buttons, unclear icons, banners covering content. It’s not one big bug, just constant friction. Makes losing feel even worse.
Most featured games seem super high volatility. That might be fun for some, but for me it’s just long stretches of nothing happening. My bankroll can’t handle that style.
All the games feel like copies. Different pictures but same outcome: spin, lose, repeat. No real features, just free spins that never pay anything. I was just staring at my balance going down slowly.
My very first withdrawal request got flagged for extra checks and took a week. That doesn’t exactly make you eager to continue playing there.
Asked a simple question about my pending withdrawal and I just got copy paste answers. Took three chats to find out they needed another document. Could’ve told me that in the first email.
I prefer playing on my iPad and this casino just doesn’t work well there. Buttons are tiny, some popups don’t close, and the keyboard covers input fields. It feels like they never tested on anything except desktop.
Downloaded their app because the site said it was better on mobile. It’s literally just a browser wrapper that crashes. Drained my battery and my balance in the same night.
Was only planning a few spins, but things got interesting really fast
Gave it a try after dinner and somehow ended up winning more than expected
Hit a sweet win last night and withdrawals were smooth as ever
Honestly this place feels legit and the games never get boring
Been playing here for weeks and cashouts keep landing surprisingly fast
