detected fraud for no reason, i used a different service

The uptime that is viewed on the website (99.9%) is completely inaccurate, and is closer to around 50-60%, as there is frequently issues with the colocation, as well as poor system admin and frequent DDOS attacks (which despite their advertised ddos protection, is terrible). The hosting services are completely overpriced for what is actually offered, support is basically non existent. CEO has admitted to creating fake cancellation requests from customers who open too many support tickets then deleting all of their data.

just and outright bad service and when i cancelled my service for till the end of the month, they cancelled it and wasn’t there anymore, i was gonna put up a report but with how they treated me, big no. Won’t come back and I do not recommend.

Great hardware & support - performs as expected. When they were still on GCore, their DDoS protection was essentially non-existent, so I had to purchase a DDoS protection solution on my own. They've since switched to GSL, which has reportedly resolved this issue - have not tested for myself.

My server wasn’t working and it takes so long for support to answer. Then when i wanted to cancel it didn’t work.

RoboticNode is fantastic. I've used many different hosting services over the last 10 years, and Robotic Node outshines all of the by far. Harrison is fantastic, and I am extremely happy with everything so far. 10/10

I've been with Robotic Node for about a month now, and so far this experience is REALLY good

For starters, they offer higher end hardware at prices I can actually reach! Most hosting companies would charge an arm and a leg for this, but for 10GB and a dedicated IP its below $20!

They also promptly handled any issues I had, and even made specific server adjustments I needed for my mods! (Valkyrien Skies is Valkyrien skies.)

All in All, for the price they charge, and the services they provide, it would be foolish not to give them a shot!

Used it for a Minecraft server. Cheaper than all the other services that I’ve seen ($12 for 10GB with roboticnode been the cheapest so far). Used FileZilla (sftp) to transfer files and it was working with mods after that in like 5 mins just had to give the server time to load all the mods for the first. Customer service team is small but pretty efficient and helpful and they will help with server setup or anything else you need just join the discord, other users also offer help. There’s also no hassle in upgrading or downgrading ram and storage for your server if you ever need more/less.

Robotic Node has to be one of the most down to earth and honest providers on the market.

We recently purchased a dedicated machine from them, Not only was it for a fantastic price however the performance is absolutely incredible. Temperatures remain incredibly low even under usage.

Ontop of this Harrison went above and beyond in order to get our order provisioned as well as the continued support.

10/10 Can not recommend enough.

What an experience I have had with Harrison and the team at Robotic node. Honestly reading some of the comments I wonder are they confused? Anyway my experience has been amazing! I can’t complain one bit Harrison was extremely supportive in helping me and offering support when ever needed

I've used RoboticNode's Ryzen 9 5900x 128GB Dedicated Server plan for 2 months now, and the service has been excellent.

PROS:
- Excellent Support. I can open a ticket or directly message a representative at any time to receive support and resolve any issues I'm having.
- Competitive Pricing. I have used five different server hosts for game hosting since 2018 and, comparing price to product, RoboticNode has been the best deal. Other hosts have been expensive, or provide bad hardware, or don't provide good support.
- Great Hardware. I run Minecraft and other game servers, Pterodactyl Panel, a Squaremap web server, and can use Remote Desktop Protocol with no issues whatsoever from the server.

CONS:
- Inconsistent Upstream Provider. My server occasionally has issues with internet speeds and latency, where latency for all online players will spike to 200 for a couple minutes, and when I run a speedtest on the remote server, the reported internet speed is significantly below expectations. This generally resolves itself within a few minutes; and appears to be due to some ongoing maintenance with their provider, so I don't expect this problem to continue. It rarely has a significant impact on my game servers.

They deployed my dedicated server instantly and even offered a discount for switching to them. The network has been reliable, and my players are happy with the new host so far!

One of the best server hosts out there! Very helpful and friendly staff. Great hardware for cheap prices as well. Definitely recommend.

Very affordable and easy to set up.

About a year ago, it was a little bit of a rough start with a few minor issues here and there, but Robotic Node was able to communicate effectively and troubleshoot with me.

After they updated their servers, their servers have been running extremely smoothly and I haven't had any issues since. I would recommend!

Again here with another review.
After my last review they stopped my server twice when i was sleeping causing the server to face a downtime of 5+ hours.
This made me mad and i transferred the server to another hosting, after which they deleted my server, proceeded with a fake cancellation request which i never requested and in the process i lost alot of data on my dev servers which were not transferrred.

Owner took over the US node from feathernode hosting and made the transition very easy to the new panel in less than an hour. Would recommend.
