Harrison was really helpful in helping to transfer all the files of my old hosting to this one.

He even fixed all the ports + DNS settings for the domain in the config and linked them. Which meaned that I didn't need to do much myself when the files where transferred.

Great server performance for relativly low cost, but by no means the cheapest. I've never had performance issues even running custom packs with 400+ mods. For generic modpacks they offer a easy installer, which seems to support most (if not all) modpack providers, aswell as a forge version installer. I've had some minor issues related to the ip of my server changing at random, but this seems to have been sorted and I did always recieve an email when it happened.

Harrison, the owner of RoboticNode, provided me with an excellent and professional service that I have not seen any other host willing to provide. I came from a history of being used and abused by other hosting companies just for them to essentially turn out to be scam artists. Harrison/RoboticNode is a breath of fresh air.
First of all, they don't lie about their hardware and infrastructure. They are honest and transparent with their community. They don't make questionable decisions that screw up your networking or leave you with weeks of downtime. Everything about them is above board and they have years of history. The performance is great and exactly what I would expect from the hardware. If you are a dedicated server customer, take it from me. You will get a great product.
Harrison also provided me with a ton of help transferring 1.3TB worth of files from my previous host, including several remote databases. All the data he transferred including the databases were entirely not corrupted and all databases matched the new ones I had created. Not only that, but I should mention due to serious issues with my previous host's networking, the file transfer took way longer than it should have, and Harrison stayed up late into the night to get it done. This alone told me he was not only an experienced system administrator but had great customer service.
This host came recommended to me from multiple staff members on my server. I am quite well-connected in the Minecraft community and nobody has had a negative thing to say about this host. 5/5 stars.

Honestly they do everything pretty well but if I had to point out one thing, it would be their support. I used their discord to bother them with all kinds of questions and issues and they were there to help me faster than any other host had ever been.

To top it off though, they feel very HUMAN. I don't feel like I'm talking to corporate drones when I talk to these people, they're kind, down to earth, patient and understanding.

This has been one of the best experiences I've had getting a server so far.

Some lag but VERY good support. Especially Harrison.

I've never seen a support team as good and friendly as theirs, I've been running servers with hundreds of mods and it runs perfectly with no issues. Everything's extremely easy to setup and if you have questions or need help don't be afraid to talk to them! I've been with a ton of hosts, hosting servers for 8+ years. This is the one i'll be staying with and recommending everyone from now on. Give them a try!

100% the best server hosting out there cheap and affordable i got a 16gb plan and it works wonders for me im able to have 200+players with no lag or anything

Fantastic power for the price, 2.35 a gig sounds a little expensive but with the other hardware you're given for it, it's well worth the price. Ran my server with zero lag ever where other providers would have lag issues with many on (and a smaller max render distance)
Not to mention their support is extremely helpful and fast with their clients, probably the best server host I've ever used.

Honestly the best host our community has ever had. Any issues we have are fixed within 2 hours by the CEO himself, the price to performance is insane, and I have yet to have a single issue with RoboticNode. Very excited to see what happens from here!
