Company is downgrading on quality
Company is downgrading on quality. Newer kits (also ROKR) often contains very thin wood-panels. Also USB lighting problems (extreme thin wires). I bought all three models from the "Cathedral"-series; All 3 non-working lighting, extreme flimsy wood-panels and these have to be glued completely. I used to buy nearly all Rokr / Robotime products (+10 a month) and I quitted buying from them now.....

I’m very impressed with Robotime’s customer service. Whenever I had questions or problems and sent an email, they replied very quickly and were always helpful and supportive.
I really love the Rolife Super Creator series. I ordered these products for my family in Thailand, and everyone absolutely loved them. One of the things we enjoyed most was spending time together building the miniature houses and sharing fun and meaningful moments as a family.
When we completed them, everyone felt like we had created our dream house. Thank you, Robotime Rolife, for designing such wonderful products and bringing happiness to our family.

Clear instructions
Clear instructions, the kit was much easier then a Christmas village 6 houses and had to hunt each piece across several sheets guessing if I had the right piece.

I broke a piece from my Alice in…
I broke a piece from my Alice in Wonderland Book Nook and Robotime replaced it no problem. All I had to pay was shipping which was $7. The book nook is finished and looks amazing I will absolutley buy from Robotime again!

Product is great but purchasing is a nightmare
Product is great. Purchasing directly from robotime is dealing with a Chinese company. Had significant difficulty having credit card accepted and ultimately the credit card was compromised. Love the product but only buy directly from Amazon.
