Delivery of new part was great.
Unfortunately a small part of the children’s kitchen was damaged in transit however you put a new piece in the post and this arrived safely. Thank you.
I would like to add that what would take this kitchen from great to absolutely amazing would be the adding of sound effects. It would truly make the kitchen unforgettable.

Excellent service! I emailed about a missing piece and the next day I had a response. The day following that I had another email saying my piece was on its way and giving me a tracking number. Can't beat that :-)

I have built several Robo Time models and have enjoyed them all. I only have 2 critiques.
- Some other companies instruction are better illustrated. In particular each step includes an illustration of the frames the parts are located on and highlights each part in the step. This helps locate pieces quickly.
- On a positive note highlighting critical part fit with correct verses incorrect illustrations is extremely helpful.
