Customer service SLOW
I already gave my feedback: customer service slow and not helpful. Asked for a return sticker, got a reply asking for reasons. I gave my reasons, never heard back. Wrote again, asking for a return sticker, got a reply that they had 'order` one. Only when I asked for a return sticker urgently the third time (just the night before we went away for holidays) I got one straight away. I'm curious if I'll get my money back now since I wasn't able to return everything in time. It would help if there was a phone number because if no one ever answers e-mails there's no chance of sending things back in time.

Unfortunately, similar to many others in the industry, Covid has taken its toll on our company and our team had to go through a temporary downsizing process. You didn't manage the freight and commercial docs correctly into the UK
I am a repeat customer and fell very let down
I had to pay the
1. VAT(£40)
2. Duty (£6)
3. and additional handling charge by parcel force (£12)
And I even had to drive 15 mies to collect it

my sincere apologies for the issue that you have been experiencing.
As communicated to you by our support team, our company is not responsible for local duties and charges, similarly to the majority of online international sellers and shops (such as Amazon, eBay and many others).
The reason for that is that each country has different taxes and regulations and in some cases they might lead to costs which are even higher than the product's price itself- a matter due to which accepting such orders wouldn't make any sense (the vendor actually loses by selling).
This is also stated on our website in our payment & shipping section (https://www.robowunderkind.com/payment-delivery).

Wrong item was sent and two weeks later we still don‘t have the right one
We ordered the led display two weeks ago, received a parcel very quickly but the wrong item was inside. We contacted Robo wunderkind right away and so far didn‘t receive the ordered item and we really need it as a present!!
Very unpleasant! 🙁
Update: the item still didn‘t arrive on time but more stars now, because the staff from RoboWunderkind really tried their best and were very customer-focused.

Great product and company
Bought the Explorer Pro kit as a Christmas present following an extensive on-line search for a fun robot that would also introduce coding to a 5 & 6 year old. Customer service are very responsive, friendly and helpful when looking for info and help. The children love their Robo and were able to build and operate it immediately with the Robo Live app. Quickly progressed to the Robo Code app. Countless possibilities for creativity and play. Good battery life. The in app and online tutorials are very useful. As are the inspirational projects from very creative Robo Wunderkind-ers! Great to see our daughters' fun & excitement, creativity and sense of achievement.
