(Initial issue: It’s been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I am yet to receive the parcel or a status update. I am now really anxious that it won’t arrive before Christmas and my child will be highly disappointed)

Thank you for your review and we apologize for the delay in delivery. Your product was shipped after you placed an order, you should have received a tracking number for your package (sometimes those emails go to spam). Currently, DHL is experiencing a lot of delays due to the combination of Covid-19 logistics complications and the holiday season, so parcels may arrive slightly later than expected. However, we 100% guarantee the delivery before Christmas - in case you don't receive your product by the end of this week, we will rearrange the delivery with express courier. I am also going to reach out to you per email with your tracking number.
