Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I ordered the Pokemon prismatic Eevee premium collection box and they had informed me of some slight damage to the box before sending it to me and made sure that I was still happy to receive. I received the product within 24 hours, so fast delivery. Best customer service I have received in a long time :D

Great company! Purchased the Le Toy Van Mulberry Manor dollhouse and all the furniture for the rooms. Rockaway toys responded promptly to my queries, the items were packaged well and shipped with tracking details. The items were the latest versions of the products and just what I hoped for. Very helpful & great place to buy from
I highly recommend Rockaway toys, as I was very impressed with the service I received. I contacted them via chat as one of the items was out of stock & I was hoping to place an order before ch and. They replied quickly & advised me they expected more stock in hopefully early the following week. A few days into the new week I received a message to say the item I wanted was available to order,
I placed by order around the 19th December & it arrived before Christmas. Very impressed & I would happily buy from this company again.
