Very helpful & great place to buy from
I highly recommend Rockaway toys, as I was very impressed with the service I received. I contacted them via chat as one of the items was out of stock & I was hoping to place an order before ch and. They replied quickly & advised me they expected more stock in hopefully early the following week. A few days into the new week I received a message to say the item I wanted was available to order,
I placed by order around the 19th December & it arrived before Christmas. Very impressed & I would happily buy from this company again.

The best customer service!
There was an issue with the postage of my item, it seemed to go missing with royal mail and i was worried it wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas for my daughters but the service from Becky and the team at Rockaway was so reassuring, they sent me out a new parcel really quickly. Becky responded to emails extremely fast and was very friendly. I highly recommend this company. Customer service like this is rare these days. Thank you!
