My appointment was on time, the doctor was very frank and forthcoming, and answered all my questions in a clear, practical way. I got my prescriptions written, and help understanding the potential interactions. He didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, but I was completely satisfied with how well ,y questions were answered. My appointment was for 11:10 am...I waited until 12:15 pm and gave up. The doctor never showed up and no messages.
Their reply says the doctor called and finished the appointment, but when he called, hours after my appointment I had already spoken to a pharmacist and got a prescription. I told him this, so the government shouldn't have to pay for the phone call visit.

At first I was happy, but then reality hits!
I paid $75 to chat with a young Russian doctor (Dmitri) who was very nice. He ordered blood work for me via an email I had to print out and take to our local lab.
He expressly stated that he would be in touch later on once he gets my blood work results *.
(Where I live, people have been on waiting lists for a doctor for years - I have not seen a doctor nor had any blood work done in 6 or 7 years, so I thought $75 was OK to spend on finding out what may be lurking in my blood stream.

3 weeks after my lab work I still heard nothing from Dr. Dmitri, so, I sent an email about it.
The response was that I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AT THE COST OF ANOTHER $75.
We are screwed and tattooed in Canada. I am 72 and happy to be on my way out of this world......

I have been without a primary care physician since 2019 with little hope of getting one anytime soon. All of the walk-in clinics in my area closed down leaving no one to go to for medication renewals. The primary care clinic doesn’t do medication renewals & going to emergency is pretty much out of the question. Rocket Doctor was suggested to me & I have nothing but good to say about them. The online process is readily available and very user friendly. Same day service is excellent and the physicians I’ve talked to seem to really care about me & my health. I would 10/10 highly recommend using Rocket Doctor

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my appointment. Yesterday, I called to book a consultation and was scheduled for 6:10 AM today. Fully aware of the no-show policy, I made sure to be prepared well in advance and was online waiting from 5:50 AM.

However, the doctor never appeared online. Despite my attempts to reach out, the only update I received was at 7:02 AM, when I was notified that my appointment had been canceled.

As patients, we are constantly reminded about punctuality and warned of charges for no-shows. Yet, the same level of responsibility and respect was not demonstrated by your side. Being left waiting without communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.

This experience has caused me to lose trust in your service. I expected professionalism and accountability, but instead, I was left with wasted time and frustration.

I spoke with a Doctor who agreed to fill out an LTD form for me, and he stated that he would do it the same day as it was time sensitive. That was August 12th and I still have not heard back from the office nearly 3 weeks later despite several attempts to contact the administrator. I have been trying to book a follow up and no one will call me back or respond to my emails. He also started me on a new medication that was supposed to be followed up in 2 weeks. That time has passed and I’m running out of the medication.. I have lost faith in our healthcare system and I have worked in healthcare for 20 years. Why don’t doctors care anymore? It’s all about money now, not about helping people in need.

I had a chat with a doctor on here. Saved me time and headache and stress. He took care of my mental health over the phone and believe it or not got me out of a very dark place 100 percent best service hands down.

I was quite ill and could not get in to see my doctor for 4 days. Too ill to go to emerg and wait for endless hours. Called 811 and they gave us your number so I called and got a consult within minutes. After discussing my situation, the doctor ordered an x-ray and antibiotics. I was so afraid of developing pneumonia( I’m 89 years old). It was awesome! I’m on the road to recovery and it feels so good! Thank you so much! I’ve been passing on the good news to my neighbours as well.

Great service, Doctors have been awesome and on time. All around a fantastic few years dealing with Rocket Doctor.

I got my appointment the same day which was fantastic for someone without a primary care provider. I needed to get an insurance form filled out and he filled it out that same night. He also referred me to a chronic pain clinic to help with my other issue. He, the PA, was empathetic and really listened to me. I finally felt validated for what I am going through. Thank you so much!

Scheduled an appointment. 30 minutes before rocket Dr canceled the appointment. They asked to reschedule. At the rescheduled time I did not get a call. I do not have any call blocking features and was at home waiting for the call. I was then charged no show by rocket Dr. I dispute the charges applied. I have had no issues up til now and rocket Dr was who I went to regularly for online medical issues. I will be looking at alternatives in the future.

The process was very easy and very quick.
The appointment was booked and the call back was as planned.
Very polite and courteous.
I am quite pleased with the overall service.

I had an appointment booked and then was notified that the appointment had been cancelled. No worries, it happens. But it's been radio silence ever since, no attempt to contact me to re-schedule. No response to my queries and now no response to my refund request. Looks like I'll need to dispute the credit card payment I made when I booked the appointment. What a scam.

Documentation sent. Your response? There's a reason why your trustpilot rating is only 3.8 at the moment vs 4.6 for your much more professional competitor Maple (getmaple-dot-ca). The quality of service I received from them was excellent and highly professional; a stark contrast vs my experience with your organization.

I live in an area without availability to any family drs and no walk-in clinics. This resource was easy to use, provided an immediate response and I was able to speak with a physician by video within the next day. Requisition forms were sent by email and a follow up provided once results were obtained. I am incredibly grateful for this resource as it saved me months of deliberation as to whether my condition "could just wait". I am now able to proceed with the necessary treatment. Thank you!

Rocket Doctor has been a lifesaver for me. I lost my family physician to retirement late last year, and I don't know how I'd be coping if it wasn't for Rocket Doctor. Thank goodness someone in my neighbourhood Facebook community mentioned it! With Rocket Doctor I have been able to get my annual bloodwork done this year, and my important prescriptions renewed. I've had a hip ultrasound and X-rays ordered after a fall. Most recently, a physician from Rocket Doctor diagnosed a sinus infection and prescribed the antibiotics I needed. I would not have gone to an emergency ward for this, and would probably still be suffering and using home remedies. Rocket Doctor is a valuable addition to the medical community. My anxiety level would be way higher if I didn't have access to this valuable resource.

I love the fact that you have a doctor without having to actually wait weeks to see a doctor. I did not have a Doctor because I had just moved to Bc.I was on my last week of prescriptions and no doctor. My Pharmacy told me about the Rocket Doctor and gav me the number. I was hesitant probably like some people. I gave it a shot and it was wonderful to have my prescriptions refilled the same day.

I am lucky enough to have a family doctor however the practice is extremely busy. When I have an urgent health need, I am grateful to have access to Rocket Doctor which means I can get care almost immediately. A great service! Thank you!

I was really stuck!! My family doctor couldn’t get me in for a month and sitting in a walk in clinic waiting room sounded like literal torture. My mom told me about Rocket Doctor and so I thought I would try it. I’m so happy I did. It was so easy to get an appointment and fill out forms online. I was talking to a doctor within 2 hours. They asked all the right questions and were really thorough.
