Stole and published my personal…

Stole and published my personal information from linkedin without my consent.
They want me to "claim my profile" to remove it which I simply refuse since I didn't create the profile at the first place.
It's like the baloon animal sellers on the streets making something for the kids and claming money from the parents.

This site needs to brought down!

Published my personal email that was only available to contacts on LinkedIn (deliberately so that it was only used by connections I had approved)
Can't imagine how many privacy laws they are breaking

Unethical and security breach of data…

Unethical and security breach of data protection.
Used my data without consent.

October 12, 2022
Rocketreach more like PrivacyBreach.

I find it disgusting as to how they can get away with it. They should be penalised heavily for beach of data protection and for gathering every little details about me and posting it all on one page without my consent. thats the reason we have GDRP in place, to avoid such data breach and illegal data storage without consent.

Worst part, they asked for more private information before they can remove my details from the hideous site!
Absolutely disgusting and unethical and certainly breach of data protection and personal safety and security. I feel absolutely harassed that they can actually list my work email and telephone number without my authorisation and still get away with it.

I certainly would like to scrutinise their unethical practice and take full action against their directors and employees.

One of the Rocketcrap employees profile boasts about stalking on personal linkedin profiles. How is that even allowed? In the eyes of the law that is classed as braking the law. I’m sure if someone is stalking you will certainly get arrested. Next they will be sneaking through my window trying to find out what bloody colour socks I’m wearing!

I have tried to speak to an agent via their online chat to remove me from their site and they kept referring me to provide more details about my personal life before they can remove me, they should not be exposing my bloody details in the first place. T W A.Ts

Let’s turn the table round shall we.. I’m making this perineal and I will definitely expose all those working for this useless so called research company..
Let’s start with the most hideous looking pic
1- Tori Loiacono – what kind of name is that, is it even real? As per her profile, She is an expert in stalking on peoples profiles.
2- Chris – Co founder apparently, with no second name but there is another hideous picture of him and I’m sure If I search the web I will find out where he lives and what is his number.
3- Brian Ray looks like a Paedophile – Least to say.
4- Nathan Choi – can barely speak or write queens (now king) English by the looks of his profile.
5- HeathCkiff Rothman – not sure what he/it is… but by the looks of him… needless to say.
6- Niklas Anzingiry – is that even a real name?, but he looks like he was roped into this scam and has no idea how reputation damaging working for such a disgraceful organisation.

Last but not least,
7- the owner is Amit Shanbhag, I bet it’s him always scam PPI fraudster calling me with his funny accent… matches his pic.

No wonder lately i have been receiving extremely high volume of fraud calls!!!

Let’s expose where they live and nail it down to what colour socks they wear…shall we.

Who’s in ?

I’d like to get everyones consent to go ahead with a petition and raise it with the local MP and the government and the right authorities to clamp down on those who are breaking the GDRP law.

Publishing incorrect and bad data about…

Publishing incorrect and bad data about me without my permission. Looks like they stole what I publish on my Linked In Profile. They should not be able to profit from my intellectual information that is for me to profit from or to give freely. So they are committing a crime by harvesting data from
the internet and selling on without my permission.

Stole my data

Stole my data, I don't know where they found a photo for me and a former company email address. All information they have shared is outdated. They make it really difficult to have your profile taken down.

They’ve just stolen my personal data…

They’ve just stolen my personal data and published it on their website. They could have been polite about it, and emailed me to tell me since they have my email address.
I have asked via email for my data to be removed. The other option was to ‘validate my account’ by confirming my email address and then they say I can change my profile. I just don’t trust them enough to do that.

Illegal data collection

I never gave consent to list my data. It was just there. It confused customers and business partners. Absolute no-go. Going to monitor their site if my data will reappear and take legal action if it happens.

This company is a total scam, I accidentally signed up for an annual subscription even though I wanted a monthly one (they make the subscription interface in way so that you make this mistake easily), and when I started the process for a refund THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME, even though they changed my subscription to a monthly one.

1* Review as not possible to give minus

Offer FREE sign up and take your bank or card details

looks good loads contact details

That is where things go BADLY WRONG

Data given is old out of date or just WRONG FALSE INFORMATION

You are given credits each month, but if you use your credits and are given FASLE DATA, Ie all emails bounce back or wrong contact details completely

No refund of your credit or money they basically win if they give you good dater and win if they give you bad. So complete waste of money and time, then is the fun part try and CANCEL

they will keep taking you to multiple options put account on hold, are you sure you want to cancel

Send an Email confirming you want them to remove all your personal data cancel subscription and do not take any more payments

BUT Keep in mind this is a company collecting and selling personal data with out the peoples consent!!!

So expect them to keep charging your card or bank and not deleting your data as Rules common decency or even the LAW is not part of what they like to abide by

You will be left with massive amount of wasted TIME
Contacts that are old out of Data or FAKE
Your personal details with this company that sells peoples personal data
Few contacts that do work are Very angry you contacted them and even more so when you say who gave you there contacts with out consent
Leaving your self liable for breach's of GDRP
As this group give you PERSONAL contacts (not just Business )of people with out there consent. Collecting storing or using the personal data is in breach of GDRP

What business do you expect to have with a company that you stalked and collected the personal details unlawfully???
money being taken from your account with out consent and they have STRONG NO REFUND POLICY

So if you have time to waste and just want few months argument with a company with ZERO positive from this

Sign up and good luck

If you are looking for good quality Data that was collected with the peoples consent

This is not the company for you

They just won't remove your information.

I kindly requested multiple times to remove my details from your website over the course of the years. They say they remove it, however it is still there, updated and linked to other accounts.
I never gave you permission to have my information in the first place. You are so tiresome, remove my information.

Have just seen my details on…

Have just seen my details on RocketReach (via a Google search of my name).

It appears this company makes money from people's personal data. I have not given permission for them to do this (nor received a fee). Why should my personal data be used by a third party for profit. If this isn't illegal it should be.

To attempt to remove my data I had to claim and verify my profile and then complete a form. The form doesn't appear to work. No doubt I have just increased the value of my data by 'validating' it.

I'm sure RocketReach are not alone in using this business model and I will be calling out any other unethical company doing this.

This company is taking advantage of its costumers!

This company is taking advantage of its costumers!!! You pay 100€ for 150 tokens and when your payment plan is due to the monthly payment you lose your already purchased tokens unless you renew. Aswell they make it impossible to unsubscribe there service. When you click on "unsubscribe" they show you a code 404 and say there are issues with there server. Furthermore they offer you a low quality AI service bot that is just programmed to stall and decline your questions.
