Rocket RX is owned by HeliosX which is owned by Dwayne D’Souza and is based in London, England, NOT the US.
On February 19th, 2026, I sent Mr D’Souza an email about Rocket RX price escalations. He was so concerned that he DIDN’T RESPOND! Here’s the email I sent to Mr D’Souza:
“Good morning Dwayne, or, Good afternoon, if you’re in London.
I just bought ED medicine from one of your companies, Rocket Rx.
That was the first and last time I will buy ED medicine from your company.
As I worked my way through each of the screens on your website, here’s what happened to the price:
1st screen: $3.58 per pill (no discount because of the small quantity, no problem.) Total price: $28.64
2nd screen: $4.12 per pill (Why? I don’t know, I didn’t change anything.)
Total price: $33.00
*yes the math does not add up exactly, but $33.00 is what your screen said.*
3rd and final screen: $5.50 per pill (Again, Why? Again, I don’t know because I didn’t change anything.)
Total (and final) price: $44.00
So, the price for the eight pills went up $15.36 for absolutely NO reason.
That’s a sleazy way to do business Dwayne. You know that people have to go through all the screens, so after investing their time, they just want to be done with it.
That’s exactly how I felt, even though I knew I was getting ripped-off.
So, for $15.36, your company will not get another penny from me, and, unfortunately, I have to spend a lot of money on ED medicine.
I hope you change the way you do business, because since your company did that to me, you’re doing that to many others as well.”
