Charged full amount didn't get order or prescribed and ignored by customer service.
I submitted an order for tadalafil. I was then told I would have to schedule a follow-up video consultation, which I wasn't keen on doing. I was still charged the full amount even though I have not been prescribed yet, and requested a refund as their policy states they will refund because I have not been prescribed and didn't receive anything.
I emailed and called their support team 3 times and it has been 4 days and I have heard NOTHING. This is just a scam at this point, I'm having to dispute the transaction with my bank. TERRIBLE customer service and frankly, overpriced anyways.

The business address if you look on Google Maps at their business and pharmacy address, seems to be a back alley kind of place with auto shops and other things not particularly medical looking.
ON their AboutUS page about the pharmacy it says: License: PH31739
