Delivery incomplete, return label promised over phone, but no return label ever issued, no answer on any emails, no refund after I shipped the incomplete order back.

The watch I bought is completely ok, exactly how it was described. It looks good and does, what it supposed to.
The company has sent the order immidiately, couldn't be faster, I guess (only the post screwed - I received the delivery much later, than they said, but it's ok).
I also received a little gift - earrings (it is rude, but I have to say that - we produce too much unneeded "goods" and, for the environment, we should stop. Thankfully it is not plastic.) Thank you anyway.
I gave 3 stars, cause the box inside the packet was opened, there was a mess inside. Nobody gave any protection to the item. It could be delivered broken.
Fortunately nothing bad happened.
