Customer service
It took 90 minutes to provide information. The first person seemed to have no idea what he was doing.
I appreciate that you cannot give advice but providing options available cannot be beyond the realm of customer service. Appears ro be more about money than supporting customers

Took travel insurance

An update. Received a phone call from the insurance, now all sorted.
