Scam company..do not order! Bought two t-shirts totaling £30 neither arrived. Plenty of emails sent enquiring about my ordered item's..no response Complete scam...how is this allowed to still be running? Will be contacting the authorities to look into the set up. I only wish I had read the reviews on here first, no way I would have ordered from them.

I have also placed an order with rockmerch and never received my goods. Anyone in the same position I would urge you to raise a dispute for the transaction with your bank.

My bank also advised I report the police actionfraud site (will need to Google it). If enough people do this then hopefully it will stop other people being ripped off.

Ordered a Pearl Jam TShirt for my fella, for it not to arrive, no contact info on email, that confirmed its despatched, tho never arrived. So, no means of chasing it up.
Since looked at these reviews & gutted that they're proven fraudsters.
How is it they are not shut down?

FRAUDULENT COMPANY - do not buy. I ordered from their affiliated site Biker Rings and didn’t receive my item and they ignored my emails. There is no phone number to call. Both companies have an overwhelming number of people on Trustpilot who say they’ve also been conned. I’ve checked on companies house and the person behind Rockmerch seems to be called CARL HARRISON born December 1974. If you click on him he has other companies calling himself a ‘sales person’ and ‘entrepreneur’. He seems to be a one man con artist and needs to be investigated.

DO NOT USE. Ordered a shirt that has never arrived 6 weeks later still waiting. Sent numerous emails and just get completely ignored. Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering! Absolutely disgusting stealing peoples money.

I haven't received my item in several weeks, despite it saying my item would arrive in 7 working days. I do not trust this company, I have tried to contact them and there is no reply. I don't know how to arrange a refund! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

T shirt took a month to arrive but it is nice and pleased with it. Communication was poor, no response to my first email chasing it up.

Thieves and con artists. Never posted my tshirt, never provided proof of postage as requested and ignoring my emails regarding a refund. Going to report them to my bank for a refund and to a newspaper to publicly shame these guys as no one else should suffer from their horrendous customer service.

Ordered 3 t.shirts in December for Christmas presents , only received two . Have sent numerous emails , had one reply asking for order number and that's it.

Should of read reviews prior to purchase , this company couldn't run a bath !!
Avoid !!

Wife ordered a tshirt before Christmas, nothing delivered, emailed several times, completely blanked, this company are stealing your money, review as much as possible and end them.

As with most reviews here, shipping took forever. 5 weeks! Two of my shirts which shown in stock when I ordered were canceled.

To be fair the website says 14-21 days to ship in small print* at the bottom of the item you are trying to purchase** so you won't be looking at that. I was told that after I sent an email asking where my shirts were.

Long story short, if you want to wait a month for shirts you may or may not get, order from them.

I will be looking elsewhere in the future for my merch. This is also a good reminder to check reviews before buying from a company.

This is a total rip off set up. 1st order never arrived so sent them an email. Got a swift reply whereby they blamed Royal Mail and that they would dispatch a replacement straight away. Guess what? That didn't turn up either. Several emails later no response from any of them. Use the chargeback with your bank and ensure you get your hard earned cash back then slate them on every digital platform you can think of. Hope their business goes down the swany ASAP. Total con.

I wish I had found all these reviews first. I think trading standards need to be informed. Crappy thing to do to people especially when it's brought as a present!

I ordered a t shirt on 7th Dec didn't arrive till today 4th Jan after I emailed them .they must be trying to sort there delivery times out ..only thing is now I've ordered wrong size so it will have to go back ,thus will be fun .

Ordered a christmas present on the 10th dec .got email saying it had been dispatched on the 11th dec .still not arrived and had no response to email
