Very pleased with how my Rockwarm external insulation is lasting. More than two years on, the house looks smart, and it is easy to keep the home cool in heatwaves. My heating bills over the winter remain encouragingly low.

Great company to deal with excellent service every thing happened on time very approachable nothing to much trouble. Finished coating looks great many years later and saving money on heating bills.

The installation at the time went very smoothly with guys arriving early working late and remaining on the job. There was 1 minor issue regarding the boiler pipe and that was rectified quickly, correctly and without issue

Very efficient and quiet tidy and they also rectified any mistakes they made very well .months after me job was finished I contacted Rockwarm a window sill that had got damaged and they sent someone out and fixed it free of charge which I think is about and beyond

Would recommend this company to anyone .came when they said and the job from the 2 lads was first class .no rubbish left behind and arranged the scaffolding to be removed promptly. Great finish on the job .changed all the downpipes and waste pipes .all good no problems.

Brilliant service from start to finish. We knew when everything was happening and never left unsure when workmen were coming back. The workmen were friendly and chatty. I am so happy with how our home looks now. We also received a knock on our door not long ago asking for the company and colour we used as they loved it

Really good job houses nice and warm friendly stuff

Do not hesitate to have Rockwarm to insulate your home....They let you know every step of the way from start to completion... our house is a lot warmer now in the winter and if you keep your windows closed when it is vert hot it stops the heat coming in.

Communication was excellent from first contact with ROCKWARM, always phoning and emailing keeping us up to date with every process of the job, the workers were excellent and worked non stop and very knowledgeable on the product if we asked any questions.

Rockwarm kept us informed evey step of the way and were quick to share information and get the job done. In addition, while they were doing our neighbours (who loved ours so much wanted the same) someone knocked into our entry wall and caused damage. Rockwarm were really helpful and made good the damage quickly and free of charge. I have seen other attempts by other companies and the quality wasn't the same and so I would happily recommend Rockwarm.

When it came to the government grant they were most helpful they were kind and courteous everything got done to a high standard the gas people and plumbers worked off the same standard and the chappie who put the stuff on the walls was a good worker and didn't hang about everything was seamless as there are more trademan than you think involved I would definitely recommend them ....Heather Perrett

Rockwarm were excellent for us with excellent comms throughout the whole process. Andy (operations. manager) was always on hand to answer any queries / concerns we had.

The guys they used were all very professional and did a great job of the work.

We initially approached them as we wanted to improve the insulation qualities of our house but the finished render looks ace also.

This company were amazing from the receptionist to the fitters . 100% customer service . There was no pressure from the surveyor, but it just felt right . They phoned to tell us when somebody would be arriving and everything was done on the dates they said . All the different workmen gave 100% and worked really hard . After it was finished a surveyor came out to inspect it all . In all the companies we have used over the years these have been the best .

I raised an issue on there services backed up by a 25 year certification guarantee which is worth absolutely nothing.
Charlotte was aggressive and rude. Goes to show customer care was completely out the window. I certainly cannot recommend this company especially how she handled my concerns.

I left a critical review of Rockwarm. All points mentioned are factual and can be proved. The answer from Rockwarm surpassed the usual administrative level of incompandance laced with indifference experienced over the last few months. They seemed to mix up our case with others. In as much as they said we had received the full £10,000 Green Deal grant, paying nothing ourselves. In fact we only had a grant of £5,000 paying a further £2,500.30 ourselves. So many disappointed customers perhaps they get confused.

I had been looking to get some top up loft insulation put into one of my properties, so I contacted this company.
The property is a one bedroom town house with a loft space of 20 sq m: only about 16 sq m required covering because I did not wish the walkway to be covered. The loft was empty and clean, and has easy access.
On the 10-08-2021, I got their quote: £675 (incl. of 5% VAT) for laying down 200 mm of knauf loft insulation AND they ask for 50% in advance.. NO doubt this will be substantially more when we return to the full 20% VAT.
I find companies that charge these astronomical amounts quite disgusting. In the end, I got the job done for about £250, which included the cost of the knauf (£100).
ACCORDING TO THE ENERGY SAVING TRUST, the typical cost of loft insulation in an average semi-detached house is £300. Depending on your home, this could be more or less: the price goes up to £395 for a detached house and down to £285 if you live on a terrace.
Look around because there are reasonably priced competent people who do this sort of work to the same standard as these companies that charge unreasonable amounts of money - don't be a victim to greedy companies. Companies like this should know that not everyone is a fool. This comment has been made purely for information purposes.
